Requested a quote on 6/10/19. Stated he would drop by on 6/11 to give me a quote, replying by email response. Never received a quote. Followed up again on 6/11/ inquiring of status of quote. Stated he would stop by 6/12 for a quote. He eventually sent me a quote on 6/13 after a second follow up stating he would do it for X price. Verified this quote was biweekly service and he confirmed. Agreed to price and he said he would try to put me on the schedule for 6/14. Never showed up on 6/14 and did not follow up until after I questioned when he might be out. He stated that he would put me on schedule for the first yard on 6/17 if it didn't rain. Never rained until very late in the evening on 6/17 and he never showed up to do my yard. I finally had to do it myself as it was getting out of hand waiting on him, I work a lot of hours for my job and finding time to do the yard is difficult. I received an email from him on 6/18 stating he finally stopped by to do my yard but saw that I had already done it. There was no communication between this company and myself without me initiating it. They may do good work if they show up to do it, but it seems getting them to communicate or show up is difficult. Terrible experience, never had this much trouble trying to give someone my business before.
