Schwend Landscape Management in Cordova

I agree with a previous one star review and comments on this site. Schwend works for the Monarch Condos and during early May this year, the workers apparently had the sprinkler head just outside my condo pointed directly at my back door during the first watering of this season. When I walked out my patio door that evening, I waded in water over my feet on my newly installed wood floor. Outside was a direct stream of gushing water across my patio. I took extensive video, had a witness, and called the condo mgr. Immediately. She agreed that Schwend’s on-site manager stated that the sprinkler head was aimed straight at my door. My contractor came out and assessed the situation and told Schwend that my floor was destroyed. I called Schwend’s office, and, exactly like the woman wrote in an earlier review, the woman who answered identified herself as one of the company owners, screamed and yelled at me that she had no idea who I was. It was some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever seen. Later in the week, Schwend’s rep reversed his story and accused me of leaving my back door open, which was completely untrue. Both Schwend and the condo manager colluded to remove the offending sprinkler during the night. This company destroyed my property and refused to take any responsibility for the extensive damages. They should be thoroughly investigated. Schwend is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. They are disgracefully dishonest.

This company is very rude the owner lady lane is her name i guess that answered the phone is not professional she does not know how to communicate. She has no respect and hung up the phone on me when I was trying to do good business with this company, it was work that would have brought them high value for their business but she was very rude do not do business with them. She is very incoherent and does not deserve any stars. very disappointed with the customer service. She was saying rude things. Again avoid this company. Thank you.

Had a major renovation of my backyard and Luke and his crew did an outstanding job. Kept me updated weekly, very attention to detail oriented and took a personal pride in the work they performed, and showed up every day on time. I could not be happier with my new backyard and highly recommend Schwend to anyone.

They do our neighborhood at The Grove at Lakeland. Excellent work.

I would recommend any business or homeowner to Schwend for landscaping or lawn spraying. They have made my yard look tremendous in a short time. Professional staff from the technicians, office staff, and upper management.

Becoue they done my yard bad i don't wantthem back inmy yard the men are rode and they are nasty people and they use bad month. And the man that they call there bass is a pour excuse of a man i don't him or his help back in my yard Thank you
