The first attempt to close our system for the winter was interrupted by an electrical issue at the control box. We had an electrician repair a GFI and Mid-South Irrigation came back to complete the job at a later date. They did not charge us for the first visit which I really appreciate.

My technician (Scott, I believe) arrived early, thoroughly completed his work and detailed a couple of issues he repaired and also made a couple of follow up recommendations that need attention. A super nice guy.

After 4 scheduled site visits without resolution by another irrigation company with close to 20 yrs experience (one of the 4 was a no show ), Edward from MidSouth Irrigation located the two missing hard-wired valve boxes, repaired the non-functioning zone, and verified the function of all zones in our yard. He was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Based on this visit, I look forward to working with MidSouth for my future irrigation service needs and will be pleased to work with Edward again.

MID SOUTH IRRIGATION & LANDSCAPE is a very good company and very professional. They originally installed my irrigation system many years ago when they were just getting started, and they have continued to service my yard for many years. I highly recommend them!

Professional and efficient. Techs are always friendly and explain what has been done and what may have been required to keep the system working correctly. This is the third season I have used Mid-South and plan to use next season. Mid-South lets you know (with a 2-hour window) when they ll arrive and they honor the appointment. Use these guys!

We had Mid South out to do our irrigation spring start up and back flow testing. We have used Mid South for our Fall and Spring irrigation checks as well as some modifications to the irrigation layout. They always do an excellent job of communicating on appointments and day of service timing. Juan who usually is our service tech always does a terrific job and has been very helpful with suggestions about adjustments to achieve even coverage and watering. I highly recommend Mid South.

Mid-South Irrigation & Landscape installed our irrigation system. They were professional, timely, and responsive. The rate was very reasonable in comparison to the numerous quotes that I had received. I bumped into the owner while out shopping and he recognized me and told me intricate details about my home. That told me that he connects with clients and it s personal for him. After that encounter, my decision was made! I contacted them the following work day to get the ball rolling and I m glad that I did!

On Christmas Eve we had a pipe burst causing a huge problem on the street in front of our house. We called MidSouth and they were closed through the holiday. We didnt even leave a message. While we were frantically trying to get a plumber here they called us back and had a plumber here to stop the water immediately. MidSouth Irrigation Team showed up on time and thoroughly assessed our underground water mystery. We have had a slow leak under a driveway that went undetected until recently. They took the time to confirm the source of the leak, changed a sprinkler head that was overkill, saving our water consumption, repaired broken lines and cleaned up. All in under an hour.
