Landscape Creations, Inc. in Cordova

Landscape Creations, Inc. resolved a complicated drainage issue at our home and recreated the front yard landscape design to improve curb appeal. After being turned away by some of the most well known companies in Memphis, Matt Turner not only took on the project, but came with creativity and enthusiasm to help our challenging landscape. The installation team worked efficiently to complete the project on time and in budget, with Matt being involved in the process throughout. We will definitely work with Landscape Creations again!

We had used this company in the past on two major six-figure landscape projects. At that time the company was owned by Steve Blair. Both projects are still displayed prominently on their website and promotional materials. (The pool waterfall and lighting on the brick Tudor) So when we decided to landscape our 1912 midtown home we contacted them. We were sorry to hear that the Steve was no longer working but was assured that the new owner would continue the excellent work that we had experienced in the past. The new owner, Matt came on the initial visit to get an idea of the scope of work and promised to return with an estimate. We have since been ghosted twice. The first time he stated that he came by to take measurements but the “gate was locked”. He didn’t bother to ring the doorbell (security footage showed no person approaching the house). Despite that we rescheduled two weeks later. The day of the appointment we called to confirm and I rushed home from work to meet Matt at the agreed upon time. After the meeting time passed, I called the office to see what was the delay and I was casually informed that he wouldn’t be making it today. Remember, we have spent more than $200k for landscaping with this company in the past. Sorry Steve, your company has gone to the dogs.

I contacted the company 3 times to receive a quote. After 2 weeks, I received my first call back and I was told someone would give me a call. I never heard anything. I reached out two more times but I still didn’t receive another follow up. Very poor service.

Never came out to measure, never called or gave any type of update

Matt and his crew have been phenomenal. Matt especially worked with us to stay within our budget and still ensure our vision (and dream) got materialized. We did have some setbacks along the way (weather) and an oversight on both our parts (but it got resolved), Matt&the crew were committed and delivered a great product. See for yourself in the pictures. I see the comment from Mandy and I had some delays as well during this period, all weather related. I can attest however that Matt tried to take care of his active customers first, which made it harder to focus on new customers. Of course would have been better to share that with you Mandy, but I'm not sure what communication occurred.

Met in mid October. Matt came out and seemed on board. He never came back to take measurements. Contacted in mid november, he said rain had delayed him. No problem. We waited until late december. Emailed and called multiple times and got no response. It is now mid January and we have been ghosted.
