Turfmaster in Coraopolis

This company does our grounds in a 90-unit townhouse type of community - they don't mow, but the mowing company sub-contracts with them for fertilization & weed control. The 2023 result is that our crabgrass is taller & greener than as long as I can remember and other weeds are thriving. Perhaps they do better at a single family house, but we have several acres of what was mainly lawn. They send one guy on a three-wheeler ATV with a spreader attached to the back. What happens is that he goes so fast that the coverage of whatever is being laid down is so sparse, that it's not effective. It seems the goal is to do the entire area in a day (or less), so the operator needs to gun the engine to stay within whatever his time constraint is. According to our primary landscaper, we pay le$$ through him than we would contracting them on our own, which I'll assume is true, but the results are inferior.

Fair at best. Weeds everywhere.
