Johnathen and his crew are kind, patient & thorough. We had an issue mid season with our lawn- I sent Johnathen pictures and asked him what he thought was causing it...and he literally was at our house in less than an hour helping to diagnose and treat the problem. This level of service and care is rare these days- and deeply appreciated!

Making Solid Ground has disappointed me by not following through with the aftermath of reestablishing my lawn. After multiple phone calls leaving a message to call back or come back over to see the results of my lawn. I have not gotten any responses. Obviously, I am not satisfied with the results of my lawn. It is nothing like I was promised, my first contact with Johnathan was wonderful. We established a relationship with promises to return. Well due to this major dissatisfaction I would never recommend this company,

They destroyed 3 of my sprinkler heads called and told the office woman and told me she would tell Jonathon never heard from him , cost me over 300 to fix them w the service call , woman I spoke to seemed preoccupied baby crying in background basically not listening. Never knew what day they were coming to cut the grass , they came one Saturday after 4 when I was expecting company I asked them if they could come back it was 8 days later , I found it very hard to deal w this company , there is no communication w the owner , I don t even know if he knows what s going on w his customers.

I ve used three landscaping services in seven years since I ve been at my current residence. Making Solid Ground is my fourth. I ve finally found a landscaping company that not only claims to be experts but truly are. Johnathen is knowledgeable and takes pride in his company. He s approachable, easy to talk to. This company doesn t just cut the grass. My lawn has never looked better. The pricing is comparable to the others I ve used.

My entire yard front, sides and rear will make any greens keeper jealous. Great people and service. Special shoutout to Kenny (tech maintaining my lawn).

My first time signing on with this company. Usually when you set up an appt most companies are a no show. Jonathan came and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the season. Ken and his crew came today and did an awesome job cutting the lawn, mulching and hedge trimming. The best of the best. Very professional and polite. I recommend MSG Lawn Care Inc. in a heartbeat. Great company to work with. They came yesterday and thatched & aerated out yard. Job was done professionally and neatly. Crew were a nice bunch of guys and the price was fair for the work done. They were scheduled for just a spring clean up but upon arrival they needed to clean up branches from a tree removal we had. I m so happy they were able to get everything cleaned up and now the yard looks amazing! They had no issues with additional work we sprung on them. Will continue to use them for regular maintenance.

This business is a sham and using UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. The owner, Jonathan, employs day laborers and says he will pay them and never does. He constantly advertises for workers urgently in Indeed and then uses them for a day and does not pay them. Do not use this service because they are not paying the people who do the back breaking work. BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS.

Found this company online , read all the reviews so called for my new home. Told us a certain day they would come didnt show so sent a message gave me Fridays. The following week no one showed,yet again I had to reach out told me they could come Monday told him to stay to Fridays. Then I switched to every other Friday since skipping a week wasnt bad told me it was more money and when I talked about things I wanted to be fixed wanted more money. Sends me a bills tells me asap I paid and yet again no one showed for my set day. I sent the owner a text of they were coming no response , then later that evening I sent another message saying I will no longer use your service since no one showed up twice in a matter of a month and no response twice. Very unprofessional wouldnt recommend this company didnt even do a good job.

We normally do our own yard work, however, due to unexpected work schedule changes and not having enough time in the day to take care of it ourselves, our lawn got out of control!! It went untouched for 2 1/2 weeks By the time we were FINALLY able to get around to cutting it, the grass was too high for our push mower. I found MSG lawn care on Google and it had nothing but great reviews! Jonathan came to my house Saturday morning to give us an estimate and by late afternoon his crew was at our house taking care of the overgrown front and back yards.We are now looking forward to being on the weekly schedule!

Found MSG on Facebook and shot them a message. They were prompt on their reply and met with Mr. Powell soon there after. We spoke and I gave him the job of handling my lawns fertilizers for the year.
