Since 1980, Quality Care The Nature Care Company has been dedicated to it's mission; Quality Work, Done With Care. We provide lawn care services to properties large and small throughout the corridor community. We call it "Lawn Health Care" because we do more than just keep weeds under control. Our programs are designed for Iowa's grasses, not just any lawn. Healthy turf is more resistant to diseases and pests. But not all lawn services are created equal! Our skilled and licensed technicians use premium products at the right time and the right amount for results you can see, and our techniques do not cancel out the environmental benefits of a lush lawn. Our technician has been excellent, responding to requests and careful in his work; however, this year's grub application failed for our yard (not the technician's fault), and we got an explanation from the company that their grub chemicals were at fault. OK, but no effort was made to reapply the chemical or overseed the areas that have been destroyed, or to refund some of the cost for the failed service.
Brit has been fantastic to work with. I'm dealing with a system long distance and she has been great organizing support for our irrigation system. Well done, I would keep her around if I were Quality Care.
This company is callous in the extreme. I had auto-pay with a card on file in their system. But when the card issuer blocked a charge for some reason, rather than pick up the phone to alert me of the problem or update my information, they sent a $300 bill to collections and damaged my credit. Apparently they sent physical letters, which I missed. I guess picking up the phone, emailing, or simply retrying the card again was a bridge too far for their customer service. Absurdly disrespectful conduct.
I would recommend Quality Care to anyone looking for a company to take care of their lawn. I've used several companies and have seen the best results with Quality Care at a competitive price. Their technicians are friendly, always close the gate when finished, and blow the driveway and sidewalks clean when finished. Their online account management is easy to use and very convenient. Also, I like the fact they email you the day before your service will take place and always ring the doorbell when they arrive and ask for permission. Very professional.
We contracted Quality Care last summer to repair the border & rock around our house. We also had them bury our downspout drains & install pop-ups. They did a fantastic job, worked tirelessly until the job was complete. We were so pleased with the work & professionalism we have contracted them for our lawn care for 2018. So far we have not been disappointed. They are keeping us up to date with the applications. They even clean off the sidewalks & driveway when they are done. We would HIGHLY recommend their services.
After a disappointing experience with another local highly touted lawn care company, I had a friend recommend Quality Care. I contacted them about starting annual lawn treatment services and doing several projects including burying of drain tiling and tree removal. They came quickly to do an estimate, gave me a much better quote than my previous provider, and completed the work very quickly and to my specifications. Their field technicians are friendly and professional. I have had great interactions with their customer service department as well. I've just prepaid for another full season of care and have been recommending them to anyone looking for a professional lawn care company to deliver great services in a timely manner and at a great price.
We had Quality Care serviced our lawn for a few years. Everything was good in the beginning. In order to get Quality Care more business, I highly recommended Quality Care to all my friends and neighbors. I always pre-paid the whole year lawn care programs fee in full in the beginning of the year. Now Quality Care becomes bigger, as I did before, I ask them nicely to come service our lawn because our grass is just cut and the lawn is raked clean. Sometimes I complained about the weeds. One day the office manager abruptly told me that they did not want to service our lawn any more! Worst yet, the way she did it made me felt as if I were the worst human beings in this world. It deeply hurt my feelings especially when I worked so hard to get Quality Care’s so much business! I am angry and I am disappointed because the owner never tried to contact us to find out what’s going on!
One of their employees did a hit and run on my car with a riding mower. Luckily I had cameras because no one who worked there was any help. They fought it tooth and nail and their insurer tried to intimidate me, but I won in the end. Never use them or their dishonest service.
Snow removal is nonexistent. Your truck just drove through the parking lot and left. Must be nice to get paid for not doing any work.
I had an auto payment set up and after a year or so, it ceased to function. Got directed to an online portal with no signup on the landing page. Searched and went through the main page and saw no invoices that I could pay. Too much of a hassle, don t recommend.
Solid company. They ve consistently kept our grass weed-free and green. Mark is an excellent tech who s always done a great job communicating - an underrated skill these days!

The technician always comes on the day indicated in the emails and texts. The company needs to be reminded each time as to what type of application that our yard needs.
This is a dishonest company conducting billing fraud. They claimed they didnt 2.5 hour of snow removal but that did NOT happen. The workers stayed for barely 10 min and then left. I removed the snow myself with my neighbors as witness since I borrowed tools from them and they helped me scrap ice. I tried to resolve the issue with Quality Care but their staff didnt even try to find out what happened and gave me the answer this is what the bill says, we trust our workers, theres nothing we can do. They were very disrespectful, ignorant, and arrogant. Knowing their workers lied and still tried to defend them shows what kind of company it is. Very disgraceful. I do not understand why people felt so justified to charge people for a service that was not provided. What a shame!! Reminder to other customers: do not work with Quality Care. Or if you must, record EVERYTHING when you are working with them and KEEP the evidence until you see the BILL. Check every item on your bill.
Switching back to Forevergreen. They accidentally left me on their list and they came out twice to do treatments before QualityCare ever came once. Submitted and accepted a proposal for yard work one month later guess what? Nothing done. Really awful customer service and delays in service based on bad excuses.
Very good lawn care service, but sometimes lacking in communication with the employees , to what should and should not be done individual customers
Signed up for multi-treatment lawn care. They said they would be out for the first treatment in about a week. Two weeks later they had to reschedule because of weather. The next they called and said their equipment broke down and that I need to call and reschedule the application. Called back and they had rescheduled the first application for the following week. So, I was essentially put on the end of the list because of their broken equipment. I canceled services with them and signed up with TruGreen. Their prices are cheaper and they came out within three days. I tried supporting local but Quality Care needs to work on their service.

We purchased our first home in spring of 2017. We were having weed issues, primarily crabgrass and various other weeds. After several chemical applications from Quality Care the crabgrass beneath our deck was dying and the yard looked fuller in a summer where it was pretty dry/hot. The applications are similar in cost to going and buying the chemicals yourself and doing it yourself. To me, it is worth it and would recommend Quality Care.
Quality Care is the perfect name for this business. They do quality work and care. I have over two acres that they do the weed control for so much less than my previous company. I know my yard is in good hands.

We have been a long term customer of Quality Care. We sign up each year for 4 applications that they complete in a timely scheduled manner. I like that the person that comes to our house always asks if we have any concerns before he applies any product. Their staff is very knowledgeable about what is needed so we do not have to worry about what they are doing. I would recommend them to be your service provider.

These people really know their stuff! I spotted Japanese beetles at my work place and knew I would need a treatment for my Linden tree at home. I was going out of town for 10 days so the dispatcher and I had to guess when the beetles might emerge in my yard. (They had completely missed a small portion of the west side of town for the last three years so timing is a real and valid variable.) Timing is crucial because the beetles must come into direct contact with the spray. QC sprayed the day before I left town but I spotted beetles on my tree two days ago. I called, they came out again and they didnt charge me! Japanese beetles dont kill Lindens but they eat all of the green off the leaves, which is why so many Lindens turn an ugly copper/brown shade in July. But, thanks to QC, I have a beautiful GREEN Linden that I can enjoy for the entire summer and fall.

Finally found a lawn care company that does what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Have used many of the local lawn care companies only to be disappointed with the lack of communication, failure to show up when scheduled and bad customer service. Been using Quality care for several years now and will continue to use them. Very good service for a fair price.

Had the misfortune of following one of their trucks on interstate 380. The bed was full of tree limbs and sticks and NONE of it was secured. Needless to say the debris obviously was flying everywhere and hitting the cars around it. Complete lack of care.
We really appreciate what Quality Care does for our yard. From helping us pick and plant a tree to commemorate our wedding to keeping our flower beds and grass healthy throughout the year, they have been great partners to us and our yard.
