Go2Scape in Coral Springs

Similar to another review here, DJ and team did a great job as part of the initial install. Once they got the majority of our money, their customer service and quality of the job went downhill. Long story short, a few short weeks after the install our rocks (that we paid a few thousand dollars for) started discoloring. Instead of correcting the problem, DJ gave us the run around and never fixed the problem. He tried to blame the company that sold him the defective rocks and told us to work with them directly even though we paid him! I honestly did not have the time or energy to go back and forth with him and decided we will not use this company for our backyard renovation. Buyer beware - do not use this vendor.

It takes me A LOT to spend my time writing a negative review for anyone - I will try my best to resolve any situation before making it public. However, Go2Scapes, specifically the owner, DJ, has made it impossible for that to happen by his unprofessional business manner and failure to respond. This company was great in the beginning - timely, caring, sending photos of suggestions, etc. But I guess once they get the bulk of your money, it's all downhill from there. Go2Scapes removed and replaced 3 trees for me, turfed my entire backyard, replaced dead privacy hedges and added landscape stone. All was fine at first, until the hedges (8 of them) started dying again, which was promised wouldn't happen due to the irrigation they fixed and ran. After months of requesting this get fixed and hedges replaced, they finally completed it...but the stress and time I had to take out of my own schedule to constantly follow-up and get it done was ridiculous. My main complaint is with the turf - within 2 weeks of it being installed, I noticed two spots where it was singed...burnt it looked like. It was in exact shape of a circle, with one area having what looked like drag marks. I reported this immediately to DJ, in which he started questioning how that could happen. I explained it had to be from his crew (as I hired them also for weekly maintenance) and their equipment being placed down/resting on the ground - whether this was their edger for the grass on the other side of my face, or the trimmer for the trees or the blower...I wasn't sure. But when checking my cameras at the time when it would have occurred, his crew were the only ones that were in my backyard with anything even remotely close that could have caused the damage. I also spoke with my neighbor who has turf, and the same exact damage occurred in her backyard - from landscapers resting their equipment on the ground. LONG story short...I have communicated this to DJ MULTIPLE TIMES and it has been MONTHS and those areas still have not been replaced [as he said they would]. I called and texted weekly to follow-up, just to get the run-around and no resolution. The last straw was I found a new spot that was burnt and sent him a message, to which he immediately called me back, with annoyance, and said he had no idea how this was happening and he was NOT taking responsibility. He also told me "for the $200 a month for maintenance...go ahead and find someone else." Can I very easily call another turf company to replace these now 4 spots that are damaged? Sure, but that's not the point. This should not have to come out of my pocket, nor should I have been put in the position to constantly follow-up and ask for the same things to be done over and over again. DJ is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE business owners I have ever met. My family has a family owned and operated business for 3 generations and WOULD NEVER treat a customer this way - and then ghost. Literally. Are we in high school?! Hope this saves someone else the headache in the future!

This my second second large project with Go2Scape. Dejay, the owner is creative, dependable, and reliable. I would highly recommend him for your most important landscaping projects.

We used Go2Scape for all of the landscaping in our house, including the front lawn and the backyard. They did an amazing job and DJ was a pleasure to work with! Our landscaping is beautiful - we love it and have received many compliments. We would highly recommend them and would def. work with them again!

DJ and his company Go2scape just finished landscaping my entire front yard. There are no words to describe his creativity and design. He found unique plants that are magnificent. He is very professional and easy to work with. He is timely and very attentive. I had neighbors driving by daily with amazing compliments. DJ is one of a kind. He loves what he does and it shows. His crew worked from early in the morning to the end of the day. They new exactly what to do and DJ was here every day to oversee and did some manual labor himself. He’s a great find.

I would highly recommend DJ and his crew for any landscaping project! We used them to remove a bunch of landscaping (plants, shrubs, trees), install an underground drain pipe, and redirect our sprinklers (before getting new pavers installed). DJ was extremely professional, on time, communicative, and did an amazing job. Him and his team went above and beyond to make our vision come true and we are so happy! We will definitely be using Go2Scape for all landscaping projects in the future!

I've had the pleasure over the past four years to have used Go2Scape for various tasks at our home whether that was removing diseased trees, or adding sod, to planting a hedge around a newly built perimeter fence in our yard. Most recently as we worked to further enhance the look of our property I engaged Go2Scape to design a brand new landscaping plan for our home. This involved both front of house, side/corner, as well as backyard. As I went through this process I engaged at least three other companies in developing ideas for what this might look like and give me advice as I am not design/aesthetically inclined and I also don't know enough about different species of plants and trees to know what goes well together in different spots as well as what works overall for our climate and the exposures surrounding our property. DJ must have easily come out to consult with us at least seven or eight times as we worked and reworked the design. He was extremely patient, gave us ideas and suggestions to work with, guided us away from some things we were thinking of along with reasoning as to why he didn't suggest doing something, etc. Eventually when we were ready to get started DJ worked with us for generating the documentation required by the HOA and getting everything setup. Once he was ready he coordinated for dates and times, brought all the material on-site and he and his crew set to work on implementing the landscape design. They worked quickly and cleanly throughout the couple of days it took to get everything in the ground. He also coordinated with the irrigation/sprinkler company to make sure that the system was re-worked to properly water the new planting beds. After everything was planted and the sprinkler system in place he came with his crew to finish all of the edging, the mulching, and rock beds. He even offered to put down some extra mulch in areas that needed it but were not part of the original plan. After everything was done, and even though his team worked very clean each day, he came back on the third day to pressure wash and clean everything to where you couldn't even tell that work was done and sent his guys to add a little extra sod where it was needed. Overall just such an excellent experience working with DJ I have no qualms about recommending him to any of our neighbors and friends.

DJ has been my landscaper for well over 5 years & it’s been nothing but positive! He easily responds to a text, listens, gives great advice & exceptional service. If you simply need monthly service or a top to bottom makeover...look no further. He’s turned my property into a jewel. His crews are hard working & follow his every detail. I’ve had the same well oiled crew from the beginning & that’s rare today. When Erma hit DJ & his crews were the first to respond clearing driveways & roads in our neighborhood (not just his clients). That’s the kind of man he is... You’ll find him extremely professional, fair priced, Responsible, hard working & kind. You can’t go wrong with DJ....HE’S THE BEST!
