Working with Rick and his crew has been an absolute pleasure. They transformed my patio/backyard into an oasis which we are so happy with. Rick is on top of the project from start to finish always making sure that we are happy with what we want done. I highly recommend them, they are what service and profesionalim is all about!!

Rick and his crew were outstanding! They came promptly when they said they would, and had my backyard finished up in two days. Their prices are extremely reasonable and Rick himself is a pleasure to work with. I will 100% be using True Image Landscape Services for all of my landscaping needs moving forward. Rick and his crew did a great job. I had turf put in around my pool deck and side of house. They finished the job quickly and well done. Reasonable pricing. I recommend this company.

I want to stay these guys got the job done right and on time. The value of the work is fairly priced and reasonable. I am very happy with the job done and the materials that were used are great quality. I had turf put on my balconies and the attention to details are definitely met. No line can be seen on the turf and the fitting is done right at each corner. I did my front yard with sod and slate rock they also did a really good job on the material and the sod the provide is very dense and compact which feels like your walking on a pillow. I am very satisfied with the work done and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

I am absolutely ecstatic with the work Rick and his team have done at our house! The installation, professionalism, and attention to detail has been nothing short of remarkable. From the very beginning, the process was seamless and the results exceeded my expectations. He turned an unused backyard into a place of family fun for our family, who now spend hours and hours using. Even after installation, Rick was back on site walking through the process and taking all questions. You can tell he prides himself on ensuring everything he does is up to a high standard and the customer is happy - and we've been nothing short of thrilled. It's been easy to refer him business (already had 3 additional neighbors take him up on his expertise) and always a text away from getting any questions answered. Will 1000% use him again for anything we need additional.

I have been using True Image for years. They are reliable, trustworthy, do a wonderful job, and are reasonably priced! Rick will always try to get to my house asap after I sent him last minute texts with landscaping emergencies (such as when a palm front fell onto my car and smashed my windshield after a storm). I have True Image swing by my house every 3-4 months regularly to maintain my front and back yard, replace dead plants, and keep the landscaping looking as wonderful as the day they first installed everything. I’ve referred them to everyone, and most of my gated community now uses them to maintain / spruce up their yards. I highly recommend them!

Rick and True Image are not to be trusted. They did my driveway and it went well enough. I decided to hire them to do the pool deck and the pool tile/diamond brite. What a disaster. The tiles are staining and there's residue coming from under the tiles. On top of that, he never properly calibrated the pool so it filled up with powdery residue. He had me hire someone else to fix it and never reimbursed me to fix his mistake even though that what he had agreed upon. Now the tiles are falling off from inside the pool and he kept promising to come fix it for over 2 months and never showed up. Just terrible service and I regret ever hiring Rick and True Image Landscape Services.
