I wish I could give negative stars. This was my first experience hiring someone to clean my yard. I was expecting a 1st rate crew. To start, they went to the wrong address, and after a hassle, I got them to do my yard. When they did show up, what I got was 2 guys with leaf blowers and a riding mower. They didn't even have a rake. They started by blowing my leaves into my neighbors yard, which pissed off my neighbor. When they were finished, they left all the debris at the curb. Then, a truck with a vacuum showed up. When they were vacuuming up the debris, a GIANT, and I mean GIANT, cloud of dust wafted up from the truck, down the street and into my neighbors' houses. This is the worst service I've ever had to deal with. They are unprofessional and difficult to deal with as to what my expectations were.
Called the company for an estimate yesterday. The person who answered the phone provided a price and showed up today to take care of the year. The person who answered the phone was professional and very helpful. I greatly appreciate the team showing up and taking care of the yard the next day. Great customer service and would highly recommend. The yard looks great. Thanks again for your help.
Everything started out great but it didn’t last. The quality of service went down. They were also servicing next door neighbor and would blow their trash and clippings onto my lawn. The lawn was left patchy. I understand that in October they do clean up and removal but leaves were left in one spot to potentially kill the grass. Calling or emailing is futile, they barely answer. Even after I complained and canceled our service they still came out one more time and made sure to bill us adding a “$25 Long Grass fee” And they’d been out two weeks prior cutting the grass. I prefer supporting the local small business man but I can’t with this kind of service.
This company was amazing! I had the worst yard on the block and they went above and beyond to make it look nice. I am so grateful and would recommend these guys to anyone. Good prices and even better service. So impressed.
We were very impressed with Augusta Greens! They were very responsive and provided a quote in a timely manner for fall yard cleanup. The staff took care of our lawn within a few days of inquiring and our lawn was much cleaner than we anticipated. We would gladly use them again!

Long story short, honest company that does great work and provides excellent customer service. I live in the suburbs of Minneapolis and I've dealt with numerous companies throughout the years for my yard needs. I've been with this company for over 3 years now, and my days of finding a great value service is over. Highly recommend.

They did the fall cleanup of my yard & the work was fantastic! My yard has never been that clean. They even cleaned my flower bed & hidden areas.

Update: Augusta Greens has agreed to bill the original estimated amount. Augusta Greens is an unethical company. I hired Augusta Greens through Thumbtack at the beginning of the month and agreed upon an estimate for them to mow the lawn once. They mowed it and ended up sending an invoice for 30% more than the estimate we agreed upon. They refuse to fix this issue and charge what was agreed upon. I do not recommend them, do not hire them as they are unethical and unprofessional.
I contacted Augusta Greens for weed control and it was very poor communication he stated he had me on the schedule for Friday then he said we didnt get to you so we will be out tomorrow , 2 days and still nothing no communication at all! Poor service I do not recommend this company making excuses and finally came for 1 treatment tried to bill me after he stated it was on him. Then he said he would be back in a month and its been almost 2 months! ( I have all the texts from this guy too.) this was from 2 months ago May 2nd .. still waiting but we have given up on this horrible company. Company has repeatedly demonstrated shady business tactics, taking money from elderly clients, not delivering services promised, lying about bills being unpaid, etc. Awful business, avoid at all costs and tell everyone you know.

My sister, Karen Hanson, and I hired Augusta Greens to plow our driveway on an emergency basis. Jeremy came and cleared the snow from our driveway when no one else would. He did an excellent job, and was so very friendly - a really super guy! Cant thank him enough!! .

Disgusta Green . Mowed my lawn twice then never showed. Called to find out why. Promised to mow on 4 different days, never showed. Sent email , ( almost 3 weeks later) telling me I was out of their mowing area. Like they didnt know that before signing me up. Basically lied all the time promising theyd get someone over. Need to grow a pair. THEY just could of told me they didnt want job instead of lying. Not a fussy customer. Was happy just to get mowed . Shabby way to treat a 68yr old woman .
Hired these guys to plow for me this winter... not impressed at all.... takes hours for them to come. If you need to get to work or anywhere that day, plan to call in or do it yourself. Not efficient AT ALL!!!!

It took a few weeks of them getting into the groove of coming in on the same day every week, but the one thing they never got was taking out their payment on time. Sometimes they would forget and charge you double the next month. Or like in my recent case, charge you 6 months after the bill was sent and payment information was sent back. Theres no way to pay online, youll have to fill out your credit card information on the PDF they send and hope to God they dont get their email hacked and steal your information. He says you can call and hell charge over the phone, but I tried that once and never got charged. Not sure what he did with my credit card information over the phone, wrote it down and lost the paper, or didnt write it down to begin with. Either way, that months payment wasnt taken out so I had to pay double the next month. With all these problems with payments, Id recommend going somewhere else. Its not worth the headache.
