Unlimited Lawn Care in Conyers

ULC provides great lawn service and the customer service is great. I have been using them for years and I would recommend them to others.

I have gone back and forth trying to pay a $100 dollar collection. They say they sent me emails but I never saw them. (Just call weed man) or another small outfit that has customer service. Grass always looked like they sprayed water on it. They hung up on me when I just tried to take care of the bill. Weird-

They are stealing our money! Please read the other one star reviews. They are charging but not performing service! I have used company previously and thought they were good. I started back with them a few months ago. A technician named Noah supposedly came out and serviced yard yet no invoice was left and cameras did not show anyone in my yard but it did show the truck passing by! Then he deceitfully put in my notes nice RV to show he had been to my house! I called and spoke to manager Corey who wanted to reschedule me and promised he would accompany tech. I told him Noah should be fired but under no circumstances was he ever to set foot in my yard. He said he would be dealt with and promised he would never come to my house again. Well, Corey never came the next week but send this Noah person back out! and guess what?? he did the same thing again! left no receipt, no cameras pick him up and this time in the notes he makes reference to my newly trimmed bushes!@%$#. I called back livid and was told Corey would be calling. Well a week later and of course hes not calling. Because he knows he lied to me! You cant trust these people or the management. They are all thieves and apparently they are putting their techs up to this to save money. Thats why Noah wasnt fired. Even though Corey admitted that that is stealing from customers They have probably been doing this all along but I did not have cameras the last time I used them 2 years ago. And if you use this company, just base on all the other 1 star reviews that are saying the same, they will steal your money. Buyer beware!

After using them for a few months, our grass looked worse and they skipped a month of mosquito service. They were cancelled!

Mr. Kenneth serviced our lawn and he was Great! He walked the property with me, answered my questions, and explained his process. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. In addition, he rang the doorbell to let me know he was here!

I originally gave this company a 5 star review. If I could, Ive choose no star. Sadly, I have to now change my review to 1 star. I have visual proof (via my own eyes and my Ring video cameras) that for months, the technicians were treating a small, VERY small area of my front and back lawn. I lodged a formal complaint with the company have canceled my service. While lodging my complaint, I learned that the technicians trucks and I think their spreaders are equipped with GPS devices. Apparently managment doesnt check the GPS system because I suspect these guys commit this type of egrecious act often. They just straight up dont treat the lawn and then have the nerve to leave their little signs in ones front yard. What the technicians didnt realize is that I work from home and I have film on my windows where I can see out and they cannot see in. My home office is situated in the front of my house and I could literally watch the technician treat MAYBE 1/4th of my front yard. And when I acosted the techinician to let him know what Id observed, he had the nerve to argue with me. He then retreated the lawn and the way I confirmed the suspicions Id had for months that the entire lawn wasnt being treated, is because when he did ACTUALLY treat the lawn, BOTH of my Ring cameras sang like birds - repeatedly. During previous applications, my Ring cameras were silent! Do yourself a favor and find another, reputable company!

Lawn service is fair for the most part but we continue to have weeds in the yard, so not 100% satisfied with services provided. However, I do like their customer service skills...for example, whenever theres a problem, then I call them and they generously offer to come back out for re-service.

Their treatment actually works! After 3 treatments of a separate lawncare business didnt work my husband decides to try Unlimited Lawn Care. He has spoke with Searra and explained our weed situation. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped give us very useful tips on our specific issue. Following her tips they came out and treated out yard and we are already seeing the results we wanted. So first let me tell Unlimited Lawn Care I would recommend. Why. Technician Steven Digz is doing a great job,I was never at home when Steven showed up but he rings the door bell and I watch him all along on my cameras right around my home and not one time he short cut is assignment and the best thing is whenever my lawn is treat the following day there goes the rain. And if happens again when Steven did the lawn. If you are looking for lawn service look no where else but Ulimited Lawn Care.Remember that.

Perhaps the residential services are better, but the commercial services are AWFUL! My community HOA uses this company and it has been the worst experience. The crew members are inconsistent and careless. There is no attention to details or attempt at being thorough with their service. Even after repeated complaints, feedback and requests there has not been any improvement. I will never consider this company or refer anyone to them.

I ve used unlimited for the past few years. Current staff, like Eddie R, is professional and customer focused so services are performed as billed. Problems are resolved quickly and I appreciate that about unlimited. Office staff are easy to work with concerning service related issues and corrective actions are quickly done. I recommend unlimited landscaping to all home owners that enjoy a pretty nice lawn.

POOR SERVCE! Interesting that Im reading reviews and theyre saying they had/are having the same experiences I am. Weeds growing in my lawn along the driveway, along the street and near my flower beds. Ive called them out to retreat a number of times with no issues in the past, but last week someone came out and my RING recorded him retreating my lawn in about 15 minutes from his arrival. My neighbor stopped me this morning when she noticed me videoing the weeds along those areas, and told me she WATCHED him from the time he arrived till he left my property and she wasnt clear on what he was doing!! Ive called it in AGAIN and now Im awaiting a return call from a manager about this issue. WEEDS ARE STILL THERE and theyre still charging me for lawn treatment... I dont recommend these folks... BTW: unlimited LOVES to reply We are unable to identify an account with this name. Please email the property address so that we can properly investigate this issue. I see it posted on all reviews they dont agree with. Trust me - they know EXACTLY who I am & I recommend they change their name to LIMITED LAWN CARE!

Technician did not treat my yard as he said he did and the company is harassing me for payment for a service that never happened. Both myself and my partner were home all day and he did not come to my house. Instead of the customer is always right they are believing their lying employee. They can take me to court over $40 Im not paying for a service that never occurred.

As a new customer Im glad I was home this past visit, I got to meet my technician Psalms Parker. He introduced himself and explained the treatment he was applying. I had a concern about some weeds that I hadnt seen before, he assured me that he would apply special treatment to that area and keep an eye out to make sure it was taken care of. It was a pleasant surprise to meet such a professional gentleman that took his job serious.

Craig Brock treated my yard in prep for the summer season. I have a fairly large yard so he had to walk back and forth quit a few times to treat it all. My last service was not as methodical as Unlimited Lawn Care has been. They have been treating my yard for a few years now and it is looking really good. I definitely recommend them and Craig is awesome!

Russell treated my yard about a month ago and did an excellent job! He not only took time to care about my yard but he was also very professional and cared about the other items surrounding my yard such as my wood fence and areas where we have been making improvements to the yard. He made sure those areas where properly treated but was careful not to get product on them that would show (like the dye). I really appreciate him for taking his time. Thanks!

Enon Lacy did just that and it was appreciated, I wasn t surprised to see someone I did not know going around my house. Unlimited Lawncare has been taking care of my yard for several years.
