We have been with Artscape since day 1 almost 30 years. Not every business will be perfect 100% of the time and some of my neighbors jumped ship with the slightest issues… Issues happen in every business, and yard/grass - depending on how the season rolls and how you want to nurture it & watering on a regular bases. Besides digging everything up and putting down artificial turf.. the yard will never be perfect, I wouldn’t go without Artscape’s service. Communication is the key to success and they have always been fair and reliable… love my yard.

My grass is not getting green, as compared with my neighbors lawns. On the last occasion, because we have cameras, it was observed that the ArtScape staff did not cover the entire areas. He was asked to correct it and he did. My lawn also has some brown spots. I am not too happy with the service.
Artscape is usually good, but the last time they treated my lawn was in April, it is now July. I called their office and told them that my lawn hasn t been treated, but the person that answered the phone said it was treated, but it really wasn t..I am getting frustrated and considering using another business.
I have been using Artscape for 20 years. Service has always been as promised . No problems. My yard has looks good .
In the beginning they told us they would be able to handle a large job of weed control for our lawn and pine beds. After 10 months the yard looks worse than when they started. They would miss visit s. I would have to call them to make sure they are still coming. I have had better luck with the large company s for less money. When I called to cancel they asked why, I told her and she said ok and hung up. Now that s great customer service. Think twice before using this company. From the looks of the reviews this is a common problem.
We signed up wit ArtScape in May of 2020 and they serviced our yard for the first time in June (of 2020). They then serviced our yard again in August and September. They did not come back out until February 25th of this year, at which time they actually treated the neighbors yard in error. While I understand that mistakes happen, they had called on the 23rd to confirm treatment and we told them we had dogs but they were in a separate fence/dog yard so please be sure to treat the back yard. The neighbors house they treated not only doesnt have dogs or a fence within a fence, but the house is actually empty. When I called to find out what happened, I spoke with Tammy and she apologized and had no idea why the technician treated the wrong yard. When I asked why they had not been out since September, she said, I am not actually sure why except that with all the rain we fell behind and we have routes that we are required to do (apparently we were not one of these necessary routes). Tammy said she would research it and have someone out by the following Monday (March 1st). On Thursday the 4th, I called back to cancel our service since NO ONE had come out or even called us. I spoke with Tammy, where she once again could not tell me why a technician had not come out, even though she had created a work order and given it to him. We ultimately decided that we would give them one more chance. So I sent Tammy the attached picture to make sure they knew how bad the weeds were and to confirm that they would be out no later than the following Monday to treat. Tammy said she sent the photos to the owner and would be back in touch. When we did not hear from anyone by the following Tuesday (the 10th), we sent an email officially canceling our service (I copied the owner this time). We have always tried to shop local and spend our dollars in our community as much as possible and unfortunately, this time it proved to be a mistake. Based on how our yard looks and the poor service, I would not recommend that anyone use Artscape.
I began using Artscape Feb 2020 and they were great. July came and I was charged for service twice. I called spoke with Tammy on several occassions about this issue and everytime the response was let me contact the owner because I dont know how to do refunds. Here it is November and I have been calling since July. Not resolved. I finally just disputed the charge with my CC company. Now, it wouldnt have been an issue if Artscape was still servicing my property according to their calendar I would have just settled for a credit but They never came out after July. No call, No mail as to why. When I spoke to Tammy she stated that they had to skip round 5 because of the weather (we did not have bad weather for 2 months) and they just became really busy. Round 6 was due by Oct. 5 and here it is November (Round 7) still nothing. If this company is overwhelemed with the amount of work they have coming in the least they could do is communicate their efforts. Instead they lose clients because they are unresponsive and lack communication. I will no longer utilize their services.
I have previously seen the work of Artscape. The customer service was good and the technician was informative about our approach to my grass. Trust me you will love the results of your grass. This was my lawn this summer after 5 treatments. They build your lawns quality but do not cut grass.
