Charles Dutton came out and looked over my property...front and back and gave me a price. The 1st issue is that the lawn was not cut professioally..not to my satisfactory. Next, we discussed a schedule of the 15th and 30th of each month...this month Charles showed up on the 27th..skipped the 15th so my lawn looked like crap for the memorial day event. Next Still...suddenly the hedges are not included in the price and he wants to charge me extra for cutting the hedges. If the hedges were extra that should had been discussed uopon giving the estimate. I will not be using him again and I won't be refrring him to anyone else.

On short notice Charles responded quickly and managed my job with great professionalism and care! I highly recommend his services!
