Jesse and Rod are professional young men who I’ve enlisted to help with my rentals. They show up on time, every week and make sure my tenants have a nice yard to spend time with their families in. They’ve installed flowers, cleaned up prior landscaping work, and make sure I’m satisfied after each visit.
We had worked out a schedule. They didn't keep it. Didn't show up and left my father I with knee high grass.
This company is run by young guys that need to learn to mature and be professional consistently. They show up and give a verbal quote and a great 1st impression, but if you don’t agree to use them immediately the “ghost” you. And the NEVER follow up their verbal quotes with written ones, which is needed with most HOAs. Don’t waste your time with these guys.
