Rd3 Landscaping in Conover

When we had a major water leak in the irrigation system and had to shut off our main water Richard promptly came out and capped the pipe so we could get water back in the house. He scheduled the time to come back out and replace the damaged check valve and pvc pipe. He showed up at the scheduled time and completed the work.

Rd3 Landscaping has been my "go to" contractor for lawn and garden irrigation repairs for the past few years. Rich has repaired heads, installed a wireless rain detector shut off, and repaired broken distribution lines. He is scheduled later this month to repair a broken low voltage landscaping light. His work is 1st class. His adherence to his promised work schedule is 100%. And his commitment to standing behind his work is exceptional. I highly recommend Rd3 Landscaping.

Would not recommend. He charged us double the amount the project should have cost. His quote ended with more than he quoted. Did not have a written repair bill or did he call us back to give us the warrenty papers for the new Irrigation box.

RD3 has mowed, seeded, fertilized, trimmed, cut and removed trees and leaves, trimmed shrubs, laid pavers, weeded and mulched. RD3 comes on schedule with no excuses, but is flexible due to weather, etc. Excellent job.

Richard is very knowledgeable in tree and lawn care. Appreciate his hard work and care for our yard. He has maintained our grass and trimmed a tree for us this year. Making plans for further tree trimming. Excellent work.
