This is my first time shopping at purchase green and I highly recommend this store in Concord, Ca. The service from Miss Karla was excellent. She was very kind, attentive and above all professional. A big part of our decision was their service and attention. Thank you

First off- Huge thank you to Trinidad Radillo for her incredible customer service, knowledge, kindness, humor and support through the purchase process! I ll start off by saying that aside from 30min of late night google research on Turf, I had no clue what I to expect from my turf purchasing journey. Well, all concerned were instantly gone once Trinidad began walking me through the process. In all honesty, I wish all my customer service experiences were as great as this one! Ultimately, if I ever encounter a need for more artificial grass, or have a friend in the market, this is the spot hands down.

Very dishonest company. They do not live up to their word at all. I was completely unsatisfied with the staff and installers that came by. I ended up not even going through with the job it was so horrendous. The management team also did not seem to care at all, and did everything they could do to NOT help me with the issues I had. Cant believe this company is in business. Also, no surprise here but all their products are made in China. Cheap, cheap, cheap...

Great service! Trina was able to help me with a small DIY project and they even were able to help me cut the turf and fit it in my sedan. Not sure that is a standard service but they made it work for me.

Purchase Green Was awesome to work with. I went ahead and got an Im home estimate and they sent their estimator Drake out to come take a look at our yard. It was basically dirt when he got there lol. We needed to get something done asap and Drake made a lot of good recommendations. We ended up going with the Arizona Platinum olive grass (apparently the most popular option) and we LOVE it! It stays cool to the touch and looks super natural. I highly recommend using purchase green. Drake will take good care of you.

I purchase 3 rolls of artificial turf giving the lady my measurement however she sold me three rolls and I didn t need two now they are refusing to exchange due to all sale are final did I mention she calculated what I needed

Not impressed by this company at all. I purchased a putting green last year and have had nothing but problems since. The team is relatively responsive, which has been the only positive thing about my experience. The team doesnt seem to communicate with one another, as the project manager and teams have not been on the same page since the start (start times are off, details I discussed with the PMs were not relayed to the install team and vice versa). The install team cuts corners and doesnt even utilize the same install practices as the videos on Purchase Greens website! The installers tried to leave huge rocks on the surface and tried to leave several soft spots on the decomposed granite. The team told me that they dont pin the putting green surface down (despite their own videos saying they do) and that they just have the green held down by the infill. Theyve had to come out several times to fix huge rocks that were effecting the putting surface and fix the soft spots in the green. When they came out to fix the holes (because they were lifting since they didnt secure them in the first place) they didnt line them back up properly and now the green surface doesnt line up with the actual hole making it offset a 1/4 inch. I am very disappointed with the this organization and the quality they put into their work and product. I have actively steered friends away from going forward with them and wont recommend them to anyone. The only positive thing I can say about them is that they are nice but beyond that, I wont work with them again.

Purchase Green installed our grass back in March and everything went according to plan and without a hitch. That in itself is 5 stars. But heres why Id love to give them another 5 stars: We had a water leak under the grass. Our landscaper thought it may have been from one of the stakes when the grass was installed that could have become dislodged. I emailed Stephanie (who, by the way, is fantastic to deal with) and she sent out her crew as quickly as she could. Turned out it was not Purchase Greens stakes at all, but another issue. Despite knowing this, the crew fixed the pipe, put everything back together for me, and did not charge me for the work. This is a company that has earned my loyalty and will recommend to anyone.

My wife is a teacher and needed some artificial grass for her class. Stephanie and her crew at Purchase Greens were outstanding. I called and explained what I was looking for and what the price range was. She took the time to find something that would work and fell within the budget. Wait there s more. When I went to pick the rolls up (the same day) they noticed I was in a minivan (yeah, I typed minivan) and re rolled the pieces so that they would fit in my vehicle. Top shelf from start to finish. We chose Purchase Green For Our Front and Back Yard. The whole process was easy start to finnish! They sent their estimator Drake out same day and he measured out all the areas that we wanted artificial grass installed. He made suggestions about the dimensions of the areas that help us save more money (the rolls of grass come 15 feet wide). We had other bids from well known companies and he was nice enough to price match them for us! The lifetime warranties were a big plus! Our kid and our Dog love our new Cool Yarn Grass! 10/10 recommend

In August this year (2023) I decided to explore artificial turf for my back yard. After visiting on line and in person, I settled upon Purchase Green. Drake Chain came to my home and carefully checked out the area I wished to have covered with artificial turf. He was very knowledgeable about the products available and the process. Diego and his crew were amazing. One thing a customer wants is punctuation and Clean work. They started when they said they were and they finished on the day they said they would. I ve had other projects on my home where other contractors would give me a day and it was never finished on time. The fact that Diego speak Spanish he was able to talk to my mother who lives there with me and explain to her things cause I was not home so just having someone like that available is a big plus was a big help for me. The finished product still looks amazing. The turf was installed 3 months ago and it looks like it was installed yesterday. Still I waited 3 months to write this review so I can give proper feedback. At first I had some problems with spilled gravel in my front yard, but the guys came and took care of it and made sure I was happy. I dont usually write yelp reviews. I dont usually call the manager to complain or ask for my money back, but the customer service that I have received is worthy of me speaking up, especially since its been almost 2 months since I first called to request some compensation for damaged astro turf that I purchased and the damage that was done to my truck when loading there workers loaded astro turf onto the rack. I spent over $6,000 on my order and Im actually a returning customer. After going back and forth with their HR person Veer, and still not receiving any compensation for my damaged truck or the damaged product that I purchased from them, just this past Friday I received an email from Veer saying I have a check for $380. I need to write something up as an agreement ... I have no idea where they got that number from. The damage that was done to my truck is well over $1500 worth of damage and the astro I purchased was over $5000. I dont need a full refund but it would be great to get my truck bed fixed and get the damage product replaced. Instead Ive been exchanging emails for almost 2 months now and have been dismissed over and over again. The worst part about this is that I intentionally reached out to them since I had such a good experience 2 years ago when I opened my first gym. This was a terrible experience and I hope no one else has to go through it. We had to scrap a good chunk of the astroturf and were also hoping to have them come pick it up or at least bring extra turf and instead we have a missing chunk of our astroturf area and even had to do dispose of the garbage ourselves EDIT: Its been 3 weeks since Ive sent this review. I also have reached out to Rob and he told me Veer was going to contact me, but only after telling me it was my fault that the truck is broken and that he doesnt know what can be done with the damaged astro truf I think its really unprofessional that I still have not been compensated and that your response on here is the most conversation Ive had with anyone from your company. Will someone from your company please take care of this?

We wanted to get some artificial grass for our puppy so that he can play outside without getting dirty . The staff was super helpful and friendly . We got it delivered to our place . Trevor the employee who delivered our lawn was nice and helpful as well . All in all it was a great experience.

First, everyone at the store has been great, I have used this concord store many times and have been very happy with the service. Here is the reason for the one star rating. Two weeks ago I installed about 1400 SF in Benicia. After installation we realized the turf had a flaw in one 3x3 area. I thought it just needed to be power brushed however turns out the turf was damaged or flawed. In any case I felt the company would want to know so I emailed and informed them. A few days later they said they wanted to come take a look. I thought that was great. Now here is my issue. A lady came out , I am not sure iof her name because she did not tell me she only said she was the owner. She looked and said the turf looked burned, she said it may be from a 2nd story window or a car window reflection. I reminded her it was this way on the day of installation however she did not believe me. I tried to explain to her that the sun has not been out since this install and that I have no reason to be untruthful about this. She said she was willing to give me a 4x4 piece to make the repair. I explained to her that I have plenty of turf for the repair and I do not want anything from her, I just wanted to show her the flawed turf. I was proplexed at her inability to take responsibility for the damaged turf. I told her to think about what she was saying, if the turf could be damaged by a car window in the winter with no sun what the heck is going to happen this summer and what about areas like Sacramento were it gets real hot? I am a contractor and would have loved to see this company take ownership here.

I highly recommend using Victor and the purchase green crew to install the grass. I originally hired an independent contractor to install turf. He installed the California Pro Turf from Purchase green. My family loved the turf, but the contractor did a very poor job installing it. The seams were obvious, the edges were bunched up, and he turned the turf different directions. Overall, the grass looked completely fake. The contractor told me he gave me a really good price and I got a good product so he wouldnt come out to fix it. I ended up calling Michael with Customer service and he was extremely helpful. Veer from the Concord office called me and he sent Victor to come look at the grass. I found out that Purchase Green would have done the entire project for cheaper than the contractor I had install it. Victor was extremely professional and knowledgeable and him and his crew ended up repairing the turf. I couldnt believe what a transformation it was. I can no longer see seams, the grass is smooth through the yard, and there is no obvious squares due to turf being turned in different direction. My only regret is that I didnt use Purchase Green to install in the first time. If you are looking to install Turf, Purchase green has the best turf out there. Definitely use them, or a contractor they recommend, to install it. They do the work at a competitive rate and they are true professionals. Big thanks to Michael with Customer Service and Victor and Veer in the Concord office for saving my backyard.
