Not at all worth the subscription. You can do it yourself with little time or Your local lawn mover would take care of it better. They just focus on number of visits but not the quality. They spend less than 5-7 minutes on every visit. My lawn didnt show any improvement even after 6 months of their service. Its even worse with crab grass growing all over. Dont go for it.

No need to be at home, they are professionals. The company respects what is wanted and needed by the client

Multiple issues with the lawn since service started. There are different kinds of grass growing and bare patches. Unable to speak with a manager. I have been voicing my concerns since September 2021. BBB is next!

Talked with Steven Arceneaux and he told me what service he provided today. It was nice talking with Steven. He applied Revive Granular fertilizer to my lawn and was kind enough to tell me what actions to take following the treatment. I appreciate that.

I used this service to seed my grass last year before selling our house. Then a year later after my house was sold I get an email and credit card charge from them the same day for a service I never asked for. Since I get an email from them after the fact I couldnt even tell them to cancel it. I called them the same day that I got the email and they told me dont worry you wont be charged for it, then I was. Each new person I talk with has a different story so just hard to trust anyone in this company.

We signed up and paid for 1 year of treatment upfront. They kept coming for extra treatment without our approval and is now making us pay for the extra treatment. Horrible customer service, unable to get any resolution over the phone.

First service went well, I am still waiting to have an aeration scheduled.

TruGreen does a great job. They perform a service that needs to be done on a regular basis. When left to my own devices its easy to forget and skip a treatment. A well fertilized lawn is a healthy lawn and one that needs less water. My lawn is so green. I have a professional well skilled gardener as well, but I found that offloading the fertilizing and mosquito treatment to TruGreen has served me and my yard better. I get constant compliments from the neighbors on what a great yard I have and who does it etc...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible service, ZERO ability to contact directly and the DO NOT respond to complaints. At this point I don t want them back on my property period. The only thing my yard grew after they touched it was MORE WEEDS. Save your money.

No weeds in my grass!! I tried very hard on my own to make that happen to no avail. The regular routine lawn care ensures my lawn is healthy and looks it s best.

The service folks that come out are knowledgeable when it comes to recognizing issues with lawn or shrubs. When I have questions they research for solutions. Also are prompt with service dates and will come back quickly if I see a problem has not been resolved.

My lawn is by far worse than it was prior to Trugreen treating it. The weeds have now invaded a larger portion of my lawn. When I called and asked for a supervisor to come out I got a call instead and the lady on the phone, I failed to get her name, told me I needed to have continuous service. I HAVE HAD CONTINUOUS SERVICE ALL YEAR. With the exception of July when I had a shoulder replacement. The weeds have been there all year with their continuous service. Brit had told me at the end of last year that they would put pre-emergent down in the spring to get rid of the crab grass. That did not happen, the weeds have gotten progressively worse. I have essentially wasted my money as my lawn was better when I was taking care of it on my own. Customer service and management have essentially been useless and in my eyes this service is a fraud! I would highly recommend NO ONE use Trugreen as you will end up losing money and have a worse looking lawn in the process.

Its a worry free way to take care of our lawn and your technicians are always very courteous. The lawn looks really good.

We had a lawn aeration service scheduled for between 11AM and 1PM for very specific reasons, one because my husband had a medical procedure the previous day. The service guy showed up using the loud equipment before 7:30 AM. waking us up and disturbing any neighbors who were not up yet. He then started to leave after just doing the front yard when we had contracted for both front and back. This does not leave a positive impression of this company. I will be looking for a different aerating service in the future.

Heres the deal, if you really want your lawn to look good find a local landscaper, they will do a much better job and are a lot more pleasant to deal with. trugreen is absolutely horrible. I have had them for over a month and they have done nothing. They claim they did a lawn treatment but I checked the lawn after they supposedly sprayed it, there was no moisture at all, and 2 weeks later not a thing has changed, not a brown weed in sight and my lawn is mostly weeds. Dealing with the office people and customer service is horrible and a waste of time, they put you on a pretend hold and then tell you they will have someone get back to you, which never happens, basically try to appease you. They took my money real fast, well over $800, but havent done anything to earn it. So like I said, find someone local, youll be helping yourself as well as your community.

Please, weeds be gone...Most of the lawn looks good but, we had trouble with weeds again this year. Each time I called re the weeds the specialist was out to treat them in a timely manner.

I have no practical way to evaluate your service other than by the long term health of my trees and shrubs. They appear to be doing fine to this point so Im happy and I can rest easy.

Ive been using TruGreen for over 10 years. For grass and then trees and shrubs. Also for aeration services. Ive never had a problem, ever. They were very quick and helpful with many concerns Ive had over the years. There is a very knowledgeable crew who can answer any question about your yard.

I had a few problems when I started a one year service. The manager Lance was kind enough to do a re-do after the service ended since I had missed out on various treatments for what I paid for. He was very accessible and helpful in getting my lawn back in good shape. I do have to say the Michael Callahan, my service tech toward the end was FANTASTIC. He took his time, was very knowledgeable and patient in the process of fixing past problems. I highly recommend him and dont believe Ive ever seen a more thorough, dedicated employee. Thank you so much again Michael for all you did!!!
