Thomson Lawn Care in Concord

I love my new walkway and flower bed. Doug and his crew are polite, professional and hard workers. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Thomson Lawn Care for years and Doug (the owner) is the hardest working person that I know. TLC has been in business for over 30 years and Doug still works at least 12-14 hours every day! Doug and his crews are excellent at what they do (for me they have done everything from a new lawn to a 5-zone irrigation system to lawn maintenance and everything in between) and I could not be happier with their service.

Unprofessional and unable to take accountability for their actions. Found at fault for causing thousands of dollars in damage to a vehicle and refusing to repair / unresponsive to the owner of the car. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. For a business who goes unresponsive when found liable for damages they have caused I can just wonder what they do when they mess up someone’s lawn.

Owner is a worthless pos, won’t take responsibility over damages he caused, won’t even answer the phone. I do not recommend his services.

Had Thompson’s lawn care come out to mow my yard and it was the worst possible job I’ve ever seen in my life. Owner said he would come back to fix it himself in the next following weeks. When he did come back he thought it was funny to chase my dog around with the lawnmower and then accidentally chopping off one of his paws with the mower. Owners insane and won’t take responsibility

It’s really not that hard to cut grass and he somehow still messed that up. Not to mention the inappropriate comments he made to my 10 year old son asking to take him out on a “play date”. Unacceptable and sick in the head

I live in timberwood in goffstown and when I get home from work on a Friday at 6 these guys are just showing up mowing the lawn,kinda of annoying when I'm trying to make dinner and put my kid to sleep and there mowing the lawn at 7 at night,not really a good time to start.

Have told them multiple times not to mow the lawn before 9am on the weekends. They botched it for the third time today, waking us up at 7am on July fifth. Seems common sense you wouldn't do residential properties the early morning after a traditionally night time holiday, even without being told.
