East Concord Grass Roots in Concord

James is a great guy and has done work for me on multiple occasions and did a phenomenal job. Further, he is an honest, hard-working guy and a man of character. Definitely recommend James!

I called East Concord Grass Roots based upon fabulous work that they did for a neighbor. He's an extremely busy young man arriving on Saturday with his coworker. The 3 forsythia bushes that needed to be cut back are breathing a sigh of relief from the fabulous job they did. James willingly took on two more very large bushes with equal success. As I previously mentioned, he's extremely busy but I'm hoping that he might be able to return in the Spring.

Update: After my initial review the business owner made a strong effort to resolve my complaint. I am impressed with his effort, and after some more information from his perspective, I have changed my rating to 4 stars. Due to his commitment to customer satisfaction, I would recommend his services. This guy WAY overcharges. Everything else was OK, but nothing special. He did come on short notice. If you want to pay twice what you should, then call them. Otherwise, call someone else. And, by the way, I'm by no means a cheap person and I'm a generous tipper.I understand that these are tough times and I wouldn't have been at all surprised if it was a little more than I normally pay. I was certainly not prepared for, no exaggeration, 2 times what any other landscaper ever has (and I've used several over the last few years).

They took care of my lawn and now it looks like designer field.

I've just started using East Concord Grass Roots mowing service. After calling for info I found their price was the most reasonable in the area. The owner (James) was friendly and helpful in setting up a time to come out to my property (the next day). I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
