Company was very accommodating. They were there early like they said and got the job done in a timely manner. Everyone working in the crew about 12 people or so were working very hard and the final product looks amazing. Highly recommended this company. My salesman Todd was aces, answered every question I had, very friendly and whenever I reached out he was there to give me an answer I was looking for.

Turf Tek is the best decision we could have made. After quoting us a year prior to our installation, they were kind enough to keep the original price on the quote. Their team was professional and did an amazing job. We have two female dogs and now we do t worry about dead grass and brown spots. Also no muddy paws! I highly recommend Turf Tek.

We had adopted two dogs in the last year who destroyed our backyard from their playing and running.The backyard grass was destroyed and it literally was turned into a mudpit due to poor drainage in areas and excessive dog wear and tear.We looked for a solution and came upon Turf Tek.The account representative Andrew came over for an estimate and to show us the various grass types.We were given a proposal within a few days and were invited to the showroom to meet with Andrew and the owner Bill.They answered all our questions and gave us a tour of the impressive facility.We went ahead with their proposal and they walked us through items to be done prior to installation such as a stump removal and sprinkler heads to be capped.This was not a small job at 5900 square feet to cover and it was done in two days as they sent two crews to complete the job.It looks absolutely fantastic as it was installed perfectly.Each crew member worked hard and were very respectful.They were very meticulous in making it look perfect and in working around garden beds,a swing set and sprinkler access covers.You cant even see any seams.Andrew was fantastic to work with as he was courteous,prompt and great at answering our questions.This is a top notch company with a great product and an owner and employees who are upfront ,respectful and treat you as you would want to be treated.If you are looking for a turf solution,I wholeheartedly endorse Turf Tek and encourage you to use their services for a great experience.

The entire Shinnecock Community is overwhelmingly pleased with the many projects installed: shades, walking track, exercise equipment for outdoor work stations, blue turf that really allows our Warrior Whale to pop ! Outdoor classroom now has canoe, drum and wikiup that allow our children to be better familiarized with their history and culture! The community play area is now safer and more beautiful than we could have imagined!

Fabulous experience. TurfTek installed a large putting green in our backyard. State of the art facility in Commack with a top notch sales and customer service team. Todd came to my home in one day. Drew up the plans. Our 3 hole putting green was installed the following week in one day. Best price and they will work within your budget. I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Turftek was. One happy golfing family here!

Its rare to find a provider as professional as TurfTek. They were precise with their estimate, implemented my design flawlessly and made the entire process seamless and easy. Todd, in particular, was hands on with quality control during the consultation and installation process and followed up repeatedly to be sure we were satisfied with the results. What Turf Tek did to my yard is just amazing. It completely made it look like a million dollar yard. The transformation was incredible. The team that came to do the job were amazing workers. Left even the street like they weren t there.

Salesmen and owner dont stand behind work! So much for a warranty. We have more weeds growing coming through the turf then we did when we had natural grass and the explanation as to why its happening is a joke!

Excellent product, and a wonderful team from sales right through installation. We put about 800 square feet of synthetic lawn down in a small area of side yard at our house about three years ago, and it looks as good today as it did the day it was installed. Zero maintenance, and everyone that comes over is amazed at how great it looks. Would gladly recommend.

I just love my turf!!! I got it two years ago and I have to tell you it looks as good as the day they put it in, and I have a dog who loves it too. When I had a problem because I had a new driveway put in and the idiot burnt it, Turf Tek USA came to my rescue. They fixed it. I truly cant believe it but they did. This company is the most honest company you will find. The price, timing, and quality was perfect. My salesman was great too. He never pushed me into anything and explained everything to me before it was installed. I know that if I ever have a problem, they will help they will be there for me.

They also washed and cleaned all areas on my patio and driveway where sand and dirt was. Absolutely love my backyard.

Recently I had a major artificial turf installation completed in my backyard. The installation was done by Turf Tek USA. If you want to invest in artificial turf do not go any further then Turf Ten USA. They send a crew who has been installing artificial turf for years and they absolutely know what they are doing. You need a professional company and they are the best!

Turf Tek is a wonderful company with high quality materials. They completely donated a turf play yard to Ruff House animal shelter! Their, beyond generous donation, has brought joy to the dogs and volunteers alike. The yard now looks beautiful and clean and the dogs love getting their zoomies out in the sunshine. This would not be possible without the kindness of the people that run and work for this company. We cannot thank them enough!

pulled the trigger to get Turf Tek to install artificial turf on my front lawn due to constant battle of weeds from all my neighbors lawns. First impression means a lot to me, Andrew their rep. notified me to schedule a consult and take rough measurements. He was professional and prompt, he showed up to my house on time, off to a good start. He went over the procedure of installation and the different grades of turf. He recommended the Premium turf for the front yard for a great curb appeal. Which I agreed, he showed me the product with a good sized sample which he gave me to keep. Within 2 days I was sent a formal quote outlining the total cost and everything included with the installation as well as the warranty coverage of the turf. I was also given the opportunity to receive 0% financing of the installation which I took advantage of.. I signed the contract and Andrew notified me of my install date. Andrew also took final measurements to insure a proper amount of turf, material and any special needs for the install. On my install date the crew and supervisors showed up on time, the crew was friendly and professional. They worked quickly and cleanly. The supervisor asked me if I had any questions or concerns and gave me an approximate finish time for the job, before I left for work that morning. we I came home that day I had a beautiful front lawn, It looked perfect like real manicured grass.. Now every time I leave or come home I take the time to admire how much of a great job Turf Tek did .. My lawn looks awesome

The whole process (from quote to install) was easy and went smoothly. Everyone was so nice and professional. The communication was fantastic, and my questions were answered in a expedient manner. I love the fact that the turf is made in the USA and is cut in their own warehouse. The installers were professional and clean. They really knew what they were doing and the turf looks absolutely beautiful. I am very impressed with the whole entire team at Turf Tek and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Turf Tea from sale through installation. We took a while picking the turf we wanted and Todd was very patient with us as we decided. when it came to the installation I was very impressive. Whenever someone says one day, Im always cautious, either it will be poorly done or take more than one day. The team showed up early with a big team, a few trucks and worked. I think they were done by 3pm!! Wow. And my dogs, well they took right to it (see picture)

This company took it deposit and never showed up to do the job. after that they refused to call us back so we canceled the credit card that they set up for us on Wells Fargo and continue to call to see what had happened with our account they never responded they never returned our deposit and they refused to call us back with any answers Thats where they left us

Unreasonably expensive!

First off I had a salesman come by and his math/measurement was double what was in my yard. Once that was close to correct I gave my contract second week in June and deposit June 23rd and was told 4 weeks maximum which i was totally okay with. The guys show up after asking for weeks whats with delay on August 2nd while I was away without any notice. After sending them away over the phone the head guy he was sorry and would get me on schedule the following week. What do you know nothing was scheduled and promises broken again. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY i am fighting my credit card tomorrow for deposit back!!

We had an excellent experience with Turf Tek from start to finish. We had half of our backyard done in July and I am only sorry we did not do it sooner. The Turf drains great during heavy rain and the kids and dog dont track in mud. The installation team went around two trees and our in-ground sprinklers with no issue. The team there is also great to work with, friendly and responsive!

I built a TurfTek play yard on my own using Turf Tek products. I am a novice DIY-er and Chris provided me step by step guidance throughout the process. The end product looks terrific. All of the TurfTek components were of excellent quality. The TurfTek team gets my highest recommendation.

We recently purchased a home that had turf already installed when we bought it. We had a couple of problems unrelated to the quality of the turf or installation (there is one recurring problem that is most likely due to a problem with our pool) and turf tek came out twice to do repairs without charging us a penny. This is a truly upstanding company that is wonderful to work with - a rarity!

We have worked with Bill for over 4 years and him and his teams have always delivered the best and on time. Very professional and I highly recommend them.

I never bother to right reviews because most contractors deserve a bad one. Not this one. I am in the construction business, I deal with big construction companies and crews everday. Turf Tek was one of the most professional companies I have dealt with in a long time. We have a high end home that we only put the highest quality accessories into, or we wait till we can afford high quality. Nothing that we buy, that we want to last comes from home depot !! I waited 25yrs to redo my house, put in a heated driveway, sidewalks. And only a high quality lawn would match. So, I weighed all my options and: Grass makes absolutely zero sense economically or ecologically. Never mind a crappy underground sprinkler system for $6k. ++++ they always look crappy anyway!! Just do the math, and then hire Bill, Denise, Chris and the Turf Tek boys. Now your neighbors will have a reason to hate you too!! Lol Thanks guys. We are super satisfied. Dan
