Eco Turf in Columbus

I was enjoying their service, the 2 times we used them. Then they sold our account to TruGreen with no warning. I found out after TruGreen called to tell me my payment was now due to them. I actually went with EcoTurf because it was a local business, but then they sold me out to a large national company.

Found this “local service” via Facebook; from day one they were late. They serviced me twice only after I asked where they where. I canceled service after 2 of 6 scheduled because they just didn’t preform at all. Not one time did they answer phone or return a call. The yard looks terrible and weeds are out of control, back to trugreen. Say away from this company, not a good value, terrible communications and they rip you off if you are not happy with their poor performance.

I am really disappointed. I recently moved to a new house and went with EcoTurf because I wanted to support a small business during a pandemic. They also had good reviews. I actually left a big name company that I used at our other house to give Ecoturf a chance. The first time they came I was not notified they were coming until they were on their way at 7 am. It was really inconvenient but I rolled with it. I was skeptical that they didn't do the front right side of our yard because we have cameras and I didn't see them over there at all. Again, I ignored it and paid the bill. They told me they would be back within 5-6 weeks. Eight weeks goes by and no communication. I texted someone and asked when they are coming out again and the response is "well you aren't on the schedule for this week or next week so let me talk to the person who does routing". Fine. Nine days later I finally get a response that they will be out that day. I let him know that I am looking into another company. His response was "No problem, thanks for letting me know". Really???? No apology or "give us another chance". I'm glad it is "No problem" for you but for me it was a big problem. Won't be back.

Great company that does what they said they are going to do. I would highly recommend them. My Grass is already starting to look greener.

First treatment the technician only treated the front yard yet charged us for front & back yard. The issue was rectified and another treatment was applied at no charge. Second appointment no call no show. Called and was told too much rain recently to treat. We asked if they weren't gonna be able to come at next appointment to call and once again no call no show. Customer service definitely lacking.

Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Excellent work for a great price! I would definitely recommend them for all your lawn care needs.

Small business but does phenomenal work! Went up to visit my uncle and his whole yard needed the maintenance and they did top notch service! Recommend to all! 10/10 GOOD WORK!

I had been searching for a lawn care specialist a friend of mine told me I should check out this small business for my lawn care. They went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t tell they were a small business. They were punctual and did an amazing job. If you haven’t used them yet, you’re missing out.
