This was the first time they mowed my yard but they did a neat job.
Aaron got busy immediately after I gave him instructions on how I wanted things done. He mowed everywhere he could and then weed whacked in places that I don’t even trim. He did a great job and I’m looking forward to having him out again in a couple of weeks. The grass out here doesn’t grow real fast, so every 2weeks should be sufficient. Good job, Aaron.

I've seen the Augusta crew work hard time and time again. I even know some of the crew like Logan Albers and Nathan Brandt, and they are good people. If you want your lawn serviced by professionals, these guys are the first people to call.
I called Augusta lawn care of Columbus because I had property that needed to be mowed. When I went out to check one of the lawns I saw that the yard was cut perfectly straight as if they used a GPS to cut it. Then I saw him. The man that did the work without gps. He was cutting with such intensity and passion I had to interrupt him and as for his name . If Nathan B is cutting your lawn you are in good hands. Thank you Augusta lawn care of Columbus! The front corner of my lawn had a bunch of derbies in it that I just didn t have the time for as a mother of 2. The gentleman that came over were very efficient and fast at clearing it all away.
They didnt show up on the day they were scheduled to come. The next day they called and said they would be late. I was told someone would call to reschedule with us. Still waiting for over a month. Very disappointing.

I ve had them for two years now and this year has been horrible. They never show up on the day that they are supposed to show up. They do the bare minimum and they don t call you to let you know they are running 2 to 3 days behind service. And when you call to find out what s going on they don t really have any answers except that they re short staffed and you re on the list for today. I ve been told that three times already and still nobody has shown up to mow my lawn.

After some hiccups with our first service, Logan went above and beyond to make things right. He edged my sidewalks, driveway and trimmed as a way to make it up to us. Nice guy.
Their worker Mr. Hayes stole from our property and when confronted they used vulgarity and obscene gestures to tell us never to contact them again. I WOULD NOT USE THIS SERVICE AND URGE NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER. Law enforcement has been contacted. Also the workers were driving the company vehicle at excessive speeds around town. These are BAD people!!!!!
