Poor customer service. Poor driving and road rage
Have used Wwod before fro a few projects and I was happy. However, this year has changed. Pre paid for landscape management for the year. First visit, they came and did a spring cleanup and mulch. We'll they cleaned out a bunch of perennials. After about a month, they didn't come back. They said they would replaced them. It's late September and I haven't seen them. Also there were a couple of other services they were supposed to have done and they haven't. I have called and they told me they would take of it. Nothing. I then asked to cancel my contract because they breached it and get the rest of my money back. Still avoiding me and can't get ahold of them. They did say they had problems getting people and others getting let go. Not my problem. I paid for a service and expect them to honor it. They owe me $1128.
