Bob's Lawn Care in Columbus

Called and texted, received a response two days later. We scheduled an appointment and was told Bob would be coming, he never showed up or called, and to date never called. Not a good way to do business, we own a business and would never treat our customers that way. We wanted a quote for aeration and wanted to discuss having some trees installed where we had old ones removed. We have moved on, lots of other companies who actually want your business!

It's hard to say too many good things about Bob and his lawn care business, especially knowing some of the bad experiences friends have had with other lawn care operations. Bob is knowledgeable, keeps in touch about scheduling, does an excellent job, and keeps his prices very reasonable. I have been using his lawn and garden bed services for 4 years at my new home, but found him while still at my old home and so grateful I did.

I can always count on Bob! His prices are great and he is the hardest working guy I know.

Bob has always done excellent work for me. He completed a landscaping project for me recently and I am so happy with his work. I had no idea where to begin so he designed the whole thing for me and was even able to generate a photo for me to approve before beginning the work. I couldn't be happier.

I had their service for 2 years. First year was acceptable. 2nd year: Charged for work not completed. Showed up at random. Did a poor job when they did show up. Ruined my grass by using their riding lawnmower when grass was wet. Lack of response to inquiries. Didn’t trim hedges or spray for weeds. You're better off using your next door neighbor’s kid to get the work done

Reliable, hard working. This guys is a perfectionist and his work shows that. Rain, shine and snow - he always shows up. 10/10 recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about Bob's Lawn Care. I live out of state and have a disabled father residing in Westerville. He was in pretty dire need of lawn care and landscaping that the kid on his block just couldn't handle. After much consideration and testimonial searching, I went with this company. Turns out it was the best decision I could have made! Bobby was very professional and courteous over the phone and went over things with me that I honestly had no clue about. I felt like a pro after the call ended, with new knowledge of all the terminology and different services that he provided. When consulting in person, it was as if the conversation on the phone never ended and he put picture to the words as he pointed everything out to me and described the operation in great detail. My father and I were both very impressed with his aptitude for his trade. We knew at once that we made the right choice. Bob's Lawn Care offers a variety of services, most of which we did not have the circumstances to use at the time, however the ones we did choose were performed with expertise, excellent time efficiency and with the utmost courtesy for our neighbors. After the services were completed, we had numerous comments on the job well done from the neighborhood and even a couple of them asking for the companies information for use at their own homes. Pricing was more than fair, I definitely felt like a person and not another number, and was extremely satisfied with the job well done from Bob's Lawn Care. I have and will indeed be using them for future jobs on my fathers property. My only regret is that aren't way out here in Arizona to do my property as well!! Thank you Bob's Lawn Care for a job well done. It was an excellent experience working with a company with such high standards, which sadly is quite the rarity these days. D.H.

Bobby is very dependable, courteous and conscientious. Always cheerful and willing to do what it takes for a satisfactory job. We have been with him for several years and are very satisfied with the work and the price he charges, we are looking forward to using him for a patio project.
