Julius and the crew were very professional. They arrived on time and promptly got the job completed.

I was looking for a mowing service to handle my terrible looking yard. After contacting this company the owner came out to understand what I needed to be done. One day later he was out with his entire team and it took no time for them to complete the job. My yard now looks great. I really appreciate it guys great job!! Will be using this company to complete the rest of my mowing needs.

We had a pretty difficult lawn situation and they were willing to accommodate our tight schedule. They were actually able to get everything taken care of in less than 24hrs. They were thorough about our options and honest/fair in their recommendations/pricing. The crew was efficient and did an amazing job.

Charged my mom a lot of money to cut bushes branches off of her small patio in a small gate. Fine she paid it. The guys did not complete the job that she requested. Pictures were sent to the owner. He set up multiple appointments to come back himself, to make it right. Did not show up each time. He got the money and never came back. Credibility matters. I would not recommend. ——Response to owner: You were texting my daughter, Britt. She sent you pictures. But you never showed up.

This company has failed to follow through on four occasions. I am on their schedule for a grass cut every other Friday. The last two Fridays he didn’t show up and I had to call and ask what was going on. The first time he said he was running behind and would cut it on Saturday with no apology and no communication. That next cut, which was scheduled for Friday, he didn’t show up again and I asked him to call me. He asked me if I HAD to have it cut every Friday. He had no reason as to why he never showed up. He scheduled himself to come onto my property on Sunday without my authorization and he also never apologized. I let him know that he can’t just come onto my property any time he wants and that I have a scheduled date due to my HOA. He assured me that every Friday he would come and he ended up cutting my grass that Monday because my backyard was occupied for that weekend. Yesterday was the next due cut and he wrote me last night at 9:27 pm asking if I wanted it cut Monday. He missed yet another Friday, no apology, and no explaination. I also set up a leaf clean up with this company on a certain date only for them to not show up that day so this makes four times this company has not followed through with what I requested. There was no rain and nothing that stopped them from conducting the work on the agreed upon date. They just never showed up. Four times in a row of being late with no apology from Julius has caused me to sever ties with this business. Either he has no respect for women customers or he just has no respect for his customers at all. I gave him a chance and he lied about sending me a message at 9am yesterday to cut my grass when we had already spoken about him coming every other Friday in which I was scheduled on his website for yesterday. Julius has poor customer service skills and he is inconsiderate of his customers time. I let him know that I would write a review and he said go ahead, I have raving reviews! I am not trying to take away from the awesome cut he provides, I’m sharing my experience as far as customer service which is subpar and the inconsiderate treatment as a customer. I don’t care how good your services are, if you don’t respect me as a person, be considerate and communicate as if you valued my business, I will find business elsewhere. It’s really easy, cut my grass every other Friday in accordance with your own schedule. He responded once again with no respect, no apology, no consideration and no accountability.

The Ready Set Mow team came and did a great job on our yard! And they're extremely kind and caring. I wasn't even on the schedule for their route but they fit me in after seeing how bad I needed it (and probably after seeing how bad it looked next door to my neighbor's yard who was on the schedule).
