Friendly, professional, and efficient work for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
We used JT's Yard Services recently for snow and ice removal on our commercial parking lot. They provided a quote quickly, did pretreatment, and cleared all our sidewalks and parking lot, providing safe conditions for our employees and customers. They did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend!
I had used this service a couple of years ago when my lawn mower was not working. Recently, I needed quite a bit of work done and contacted the business again. They came to my house, I received their bid. I approved the bid with a couple of questions. I have been unable to get any contact back since I approved their bid with a few questions. Disappointing. Update: Being in business means communication with the customer. Had I received the text back that you were not interested in the job and why, you would not have your first negative review. Two years ago when my yard was mowed, grass was thrown all over the back of my house. I had to rent a pressure washer to remove the grass so that it would not stain my siding. I was willing to overlook this and give you guys a 2nd chance. Communicate with your customers. Best of luck in the future.
We are so grateful for Joe and Kelsi. My husband and I are older folk with health issues. Joe and Kelsi keep our yard looking clean and manicured. This has also been a hard winter and they have make sure that our drive and walkway is cleared, clean and safe. We feel very well cared for. Joe and Kelsi we thank and appreciate you so very much. Joe and Kelsi are super! The were able to get us on the schedule quickly. Because of rain they were unable to keep our appointment,but they contacted us and rescheduled us just as quickly! They completed leaf removal for us, and their work is stellar! Definitely will call them in the spring to help us get ready!
Joe & Kelsi have been a GODSEND. Their full service yard maintenance has been a game changer for me. They have taken my yard from an overgrown unsightly mess to a neatly trimmed & mulched beauty that I’m very proud of. They are reliable & work very hard even through terrible weather. Joe and Kelsi just started doing our yard care this summer. We called numerous people and Joe came out the same day we called and mowed our yard. They are so nice and have done everything we have asked them to do. They are great!
Joe and Kelsi used to be good options for yard work. But now I haven't been able to have reliable communication with them. I've asked for bids on several jobs and haven't received responses. I understand if they're not taking on more work, but it would be appreciated if that were communicated to me.

Just started working with JT Yard staff but I liked both of them immediately and they do what they say they are going to do! Very happy with them! They do yard cleanup and will be mowing for me next year. Give them a try - worth it!!

Joe and Kelsi were great! They were very communicative when snow caused us to reschedule, and did a great job taking out a lot of grungy old stuff and freshening the area with mulch. One thing I really appreciated was them asking lots of clarifying questions I had forgotten to mention that I liked some of the ivy, but they circled back to ask before ripping it out, so it was saved! Joe has taken care of our lawn since the beginning of spring. He started by clearing out the back yard and getting it ready for the coming growing season. He then dug some holes for my wife to plant some newly purchased rose bushes in. He has taken care of our entire lawn throughout the summer on a weekly basis, always notifying us when he would be arriving at our location. Very reliable. Wouldnt have anyone else for our lawn care needs! Ric Jackson
