We recently had them repair our irrigation system. They had to dig a large section of our front yard up in the process. 2 weeks later, you cant even tell they were there. The yard looks perfect and the irrigation system if fixed. All for an extremely fair price!

Grizzly Bear Lawn Care is a very professional company that has been the service provider to the Villas II Home Owners Association for now eight years. Grizzly Bear lawn Care has been taking care of my commercial properties for years and have done an amazing job. I splurged for the year around bloom (basically blooming flowers spring through fall) and my staff just loves it. They make everyone happy. Plus I find their staff always helpful and professional.

I have used Grizzly Bear lawn care for 2 years. The service I had before often missed weeks of lawn mowing. When I would call about it, the person I would talk to said that it was either recorded as being mowed or it didnt need to be mowed, but they charged me anyway. Grizzly has been wonderful. They always show up. There have been times when I knew I wouldnt be home. When I left a voice mail message not to mow the back yard because of the dog, the message always gets through to the mowers. One of the reasons that I chose Grizzly is because they do landscaping design as well. I have not taken advantage of this yet but I plan to.

We were with our Texas lawn care services for 18 years. When we moved to Columbia 10 years ago, we contracted with Grizzly and have been with them the entire time. Their service is great and, if there is an issue, they respond quickly to make sure we are satisfied. I think Ive only had to address an issue once in 10 years, and it was immediately resolved as it was merely a misunderstanding. Casey, Luke, and every one of Grizzlys personnel are the best!!

Grizzly Bear Lawn Care is very easy to work with. My neighbor had used them for years, and their lawn always looked so nice. I emailed them what I needed done, and they emailed me right back. They come every other week and mow/weed-eat my lawn, front and back yard. I easily receive the bill each month through my email. They stop in late Fall and start up again in late March. Once you do the initial email of setting them up to come out and mow your lawn, youre done! They take care of the rest. We will use them for years to come!

One of their lawn crews while cleaning up our neighbors yard smashed our fence. We only noticed after our dogs ended up getting out of the backyard. I attached a picture I had taken on November 24th showing the damages to our fence. One whole section just got demolished and the other side which looks intact on the opposite facing side chunks of the posts had been knocked off. Almost two weeks after we noticed the damages the owner showed up and admitted that it was one of their crews that did it and they were working on getting replacement parts. After a couple months of waiting and nothing being done we paid out of our own pocket to fix the fence so we could actually let our dogs out into the yard instead of chaining them up. As of today (3/6/23) not a single person has showed up to fix the fence or compensate us for the damages they caused.

I was very impressed with the owner of this company when he came to my house to give me a bid on leaf removal. Im sure I didnt misunderstand the cost, yet when the bill came, rather than being charged for the actual time the men were working, (like other companies charge) I was charged for the entire hour. I paid the $120.00. Then during this winters snow storm, they showed up at my house AFTER I had shoveled the snow. The second time (also had no idea they were coming) I thought I would give them a try. The man they sent refused to do much of anything. (He was subsequently fired because other people had complained about him before I did. Why was he still working for them?) He was here for 15 minutes, shoveled as little as possible even though I asked him to do more and put down a handful of salt. I was so disappointed I sent an email of complaint. I was told I would only be charged 50% of the fee. I was originally told that it would cost $50.00 to have the driveway shoveled, that would be $25.00. Then I got the bill. They charged me $50.00 for the shoveling (for an hour when he was here 15 minutes) and this is the best part, $16.25 for SALT (.65 of a pound a $25.00 a pound. REALLY? How exactly did they measure that?) bringing the bill to $33.12. Mind you, no one ever said I was supposed to pay extra for SALT that should be part of the whole cost. (I guess Im lucky they didnt add in a fuel charge or air for the tires.) BTW: I swept this morning and what I got up would barely cover the bottom of a cup. Lesson: Get it in writing or you will end up getting bills you didnt contract for.

I called to get an estimate on lawn care and they responded fairly quickly. I responded to the email with a few follow up questions and didnt hear back in 24+ hours so I emailed again with no response and finally after my 3rd email they responded to my email but didnt even respond to one of my questions I had asked. Found service elsewhere.

I set an appointment with them a week in advance. The day comes and goes without so much as a phone call. I called the next day and left a voice mail requesting a new appointment time and never got a call back. If these people are this bad with prospective customers, imagine how bad they would be after they already have your money. Avoid at all costs.

I am not a customer. Grizzly bear mowed my lawn and weed eated my yard thinking it was part of Sedona Villas. I caught the weed eater guy in my yard, told him it was private property, escorted him to the property line and told him to not do anything more to my yard. After I left he weed eated all my native milkweed plants. I have left 4 VM, FBd the company, and no response. Angry.

Called for service multiple times to multiple numbers, left messages and never received a call back.
