We are an independent home improvement and lawn and landscaping service, we take care of all the jobs that keep you from doing all the things you enjoy or need to do. We provide many services around the home as well as your lawn. These include but are not limited to lawn mowing, landscaping, leaf and bed cleanup, pressure washing house, deck and driveway, and much more! Contacted Tim from a friend’s referral for leaf removal. He was able to get me on his schedule quickly. He and his helper took care of the leaves in a short amount of time and at a fair price. I would highly recommend his services.

Used Tim to clear 2 years worth of leaves from a very wooded lot in December 2023. They did a great job! Once we got on the schedule, the yard was cleared in a few hours at a very reasonable price! Definitely will be using them in the future!
We used Tim and his crew to clean up leaves in the Fall of 2022 .We live in an established neighborhood, so there’s no shortage of leaves. They were very quick and did a great job. So much so, they were the first company we thought of when we decided to have some one take care of our yard for the summer. We’re having a baby in June and it’s been great to know our yard is taken care of while we take care of a new little one. Highly recommend to anyone!
Tim and his crew were excellent to work with. He provided me an estimate immediately after I requested and then set a date to complete my lawn care service. Tim said he would be here on October 1 and he followed through with his commitment. He and his crew were respectful and good to work with. They completed their work, answered all of my questions. He gave me follow up instructions for my lawn care and then checked back with me a couple of different times to see how things were going. I will use this lawn care service again in the future and highly recommend AllService Home and Lawn for others interested in this service.
Tim was good to work with. We discussed the extent of the leaf removal needed and how it could fit my budget. There were a lot of leaves to collect and remove. Tim and his employee, went right to work and managed to get it all done to fit my budget. The yard looks super clean. Very pleased and would recommend to others.
I was told if the grass hasn't grown he would not cut when I was told weekly service. I asked once why he had cut when literally it did not rain or even grow and he said it still needed it. Today I took a picture which is below before leaving for work and then again tonight when I realized he had mowed (I saw grass on my porch). I was surprised literally maybe a quarter of inch difference from the before and after which both are below. I then asked if he could just come biweekly and he dropped me as a customer. Not sure where all the 5 star reviews came from but every week for a cut to barely cut the grass doesn't seem fair at all. UPDATE Owners reply is a joke. Poor angle and does not show grass height properly??? What does that even mean! Did he measure the height everytime he cut. The pictures clearly show almost no differences between before and after. This review was not untrue at all, there is a difference between wanting to keep a lawn nice and coming home and at times finding it cut so short that literally you see brown instead of green. But I didn't say anything after I saw this but now I will mention it. Also after I had given my rating the stars came down to to 4.9. Someone rated a 5 star right after mine to bring the score back up with what sounds like a fake review. Seems kinda of suspicious to me.
Update: changing to 5 star because I accidentally reviewed the wrong company after owner responded to my review promptly! Hope these guys the best!

Fast, efficient service
Called Tim on a Wednesday and by Friday I had all leaves removed from my yard for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
AllService was fast to respond, provide me a quote and get me on their schedule, all within a couple of days. They were accurate with their estimate on how long it would take, how much it would cost and there were no after the fact , unforeseen costs when it came time for billing. I will be using again!

My parents place had not had leaf branches fallen tree bushes flowerbed maintenance done for quite sometime. AllService promptly responded to my inquiry walked property with me for needs and weather permitting did a great job clearing out years of leaves sticks branches a fallen tree dead bushes reshaping bushes that could be saved etc over the last month in winter. I am out of state so sent pictures and videos of completed work to be sure I waa satisfied. They do great work and do what promise. I am completely hapoy with the work they did. Vince

Having two of the oldest white oak tree in the city with several hickory trees mixed in for a yard full of deep leaves needing to be removed. This is the second year Tim worked his removal magic. Being the professional he is, he was on time and went straight to work removing those leaves. At one point he was standing waist deep in leaves and had a smile on his face. Tim is a great person to work with. As long as hes willing he is my leaf removal professional. Great job and keep up the great work. Thank you.

Tim did a great job with clean-up and mulch work on our yard. We have an acre of sloped ground with extensive tree cover. Our front yard has multiple levels with an extensive rock berm, a creek bed and planting areas along the house. We had extensive leaf cover and many branches and sticks throughout. The whole yard is now clear and clean including all the rock and creek bed areas. Also, Tim mulched our berms and planting areas perfectly. Our place is now as neat and trim as ever. Thanks for the super job.
Tim did a Spring clean up, mulch, shrub trim and prune and pre emergent job on my lawn and he did a fantastic job! The yard is now clear of leaves and other debris. The hydrangea is nicely pruned, mulch put down and the overgrown shrubs now looking neat and trim. Tim did not cut any corners, he spent time putting down the pre emergent for weed control. He is prompt, professional, pleasant and his prices are reasonable. I am very happy with the services provided. Thank you Tim!!

We connected with Tim as he was mowing our neighbors yard. He changed his schedule, and did our yard that same day. Since then, we have had him remove our fall leaves, and snow removal. Tim is reasonably priced, responsive, and does top quality work.

I started using Tim Johnson for my yard mowing two seasons ago. During that time I ve asked him for a quote for hand raking my yard the first year. He had a reasonable price for me within a day. And did a great job that weekend! I ve also gotten quick quotes that I ve accepted for aerating the soil/yard the first year, fertilizing and seeding my yard both seasons. And this Fall he also cleaned my gutters. Tim is always very professional, and great with a quick response! My only worry about giving him a five star review is that he ll become too popular and might not be able to continue the great, quick service he s given us so far. Thank you Tim.

AllService has managed our lawn the last two summers. Scheduling has always been flexible and great communication. My lawn always looks great and the price is very reasonable. They are also very respectful in regards to my kids toys in backyard, if I don t remember to pick them up they will do that for me, although I try not to make that a habit.
