Out of 5 local Landscape business GoGreen demonstrated a lack of interest in providing their service. Their initial failure was their inability to provide logic, organization, customer orientation, planing and landscaping knowledge. Please consider other providers like Vins in Mt. Airy. Please stay away from GoGreen before you go dry.
I just purchased a house in Damascus, before I even moved I was regretting the purchase. Even tho was my dream home I felt in pieces when my unfinished basement had so much water coming from the floor 3 sub pumps all on 24/7 and my 1000 sq feet home had a $300 electrical bill before we even moved in. The grass was always saturated of water 4-5 days after rain even if was 98 degrees outside. The sidewalk 3-4 inches of puddles. I was desperate ! 😞 I called 4 different experts in water protection on the outside and they all gave me crazy numbers and most of them gave me 50/50 chance was going to work. Some even said was impossible since my house is lower than all my neighbors and my 1/2 acres back yard was sloppy to the house. Vinnie from GOGREEN came over took pictures of all sides of my house, explained to me the step 1 of the solution that would not break the bank . Sent me a very professional proposal with all 3 D pictures of how my backyard would look after the service. Let me choose all the materials so would match with house and outdoor kitchen. I must say my backyard looks amazing. But i was waiting for the rain . Last 2 days it rained a lot And my basement is dry dry dry 😅 No puddles anywhere on site And all the water is going to the county drain my the rd just the way was supposed to be. I m in love with my house again And cant wait for Moving day. Thanks to GO GREEN TEAM. Also they did all my mulch / flowers bed and a facelift to walkway. Cant wait for our next project together. My fence in couple weeks. Super professional , honest, liable and fair price.
They did a great job aerating our lawn, cleaning up our garden, removing shrubbery and adding a load of dirt to different parts of our yard. They cleaned up and left everything perfect. I highly recommend them.
I have been using Go Green for years for regular lawn care and clean-up, as well as for some more major landscaping. I'm always impressed with both their work and their attention to their customers needs. When you call their office, you actually get to talk to a person who knows you and your property, rather than an answering service that routes you to an endless chain of robots.
I'm very pleased with all of the work that GoGreen has done for me. Their work looks great! When I asked for a quote for yard clean up, Bia made some suggestions that I loved. The end result looks fantastic. I also use their lawn mowing service, which is reliable and high quality.
My backyard was a big mess. I contacted Go Green for services because I used them in the past for my front yard. The company sent Delmi and Morris to work on my property. Within thirty minutes, they have done such amazing work, I couldn't wait to see what the completed job would look like. I wasn't disappointed. The workers were dedicated, knowledgeable about the care of the yard, and helpful with any questions that I had. This is the type of company you want to do business with-attentive, focused, and committed to customer service.
The company did the very large job of placing sod in my whole back and an area of my front yard. They were professional, kind, timely and did a remarkable job. I will not say it was inexpensive, but it was worth every penny. We had hardscaping done during the summer so we had NO grass in the backyard, and a very large patch of no grass in the front where the company port-a-potty and other wear and tear had killed the grass. They installed the sod and provided us information on how to take care of it for the growth. I have zero complaints. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will come back and add photos. They did our service back in October, but I wanted to wait for the end result before posting a review. The sod install caught by 2-3 weeks, the seeded areas caught within the month. I was truly amazed because one area that was seeded is on a hill. You will have to do your part to water the grass and sod as instructed. Overall very good work.
GoGreen is unprofessional and doesn’t customize the care they give to a client’s needs. If I could put zero stars for their attention to detail, I would. 1st time (July 27, 2022) out they unevenly cut my front lawn. Leaving piles and lumps of grass. Leaving bold spots in the grass. The backyard is awful. Today, 2nd time (August 16, 2022) and unannounced. They never even tried to correct the 1st job. I am extremely disappointed. As I explained to men that were hacking my yard and blowing grass into my neighbors yard, to stop and gather or rake the grass. I was told we don’t do that. Their staff made no effort to correct my concerns regarding my lawn before leaving grass all over my vehicles.

Solicits in neighborhoods they have been asked not to. reported to tanterra HOA and is Persona Non Grata to neighborhood.
They mow our grass during the growing seasons. Every Spring they trim our bushes, weed, and mulch. This year we also asked them to prune our trees that grow in our front yard that were starting to have long branches growing past our property line/the sidewalk. They are professional and do a good job.

Go green is a great Landscaping Company. If you are not satisfied with a job they did they will come back and redo it right away. 99% of the time I am satisfied the first time theyre here and have no need for them to come back. They are very pleasant, warm and easy to do business with.

Convenient and inexpensive for the service they give. They have been keeping our lawn mown for a few years now and just did a full bed workover/mulching/weeding/trimming and it looks great!

To contract GoGreen was the best thing that my family and I did to solve our tree problem. They are very kind, on time, very professional and we are very happy with their work. Solved entirely our problem with tree above our home. Very recommended!
Have a contract to have their mowing team out weekly, not a bad rate. The team came out and did our massive yard in 1 day with a tree removal and mulching of all garden areas. Looked amazing after completion. Would HIGHLY recommend.
I have been using the service for more than 3 years. Overall, they have done a nice job mowing lawn. The only complain I have is that sometimes (not because raining) they dont keep the weekly mowing schedule. This makes the yard looks bad, particularly during this time of the year when grass is growing so fast. Hope this could be solved soon.
I had really let yard go & my beds were overrun with weeds, including poison ivy. They came out and cleaned everything, was not ine weed left in my yard! My neighbor across the street was so impressed she had them come do her yard too. They come mow & edge every week and even blow the debris off my deck. Great service!
Great company - they did exactly what I needed, show up, weekly, to cut the grass of a neighbor in need (this took a burden off their shoulders). No fuss in setting up, recurring invoices to show me the reduction in the credit I started with, as each week was completed. Minor mix-up at the end of the contract, which they quickly resolved. Would recommend w/o hesitation. Once my in-house crew (boys) go off to college, Ill be contracting with them!
We have used GoGreen for several years for fall leaf cleanup as well as spring cleanup, mulching and trimming. Their crews do a terrific job, and I am always happy with how amazing everything looks when they are done. No doubt I will continue to use their services in the future.

GoGreen did a beautiful job cleaning, pruning, edging and mulching my yard. It was so nice coming home to manicured beds and especially trimming of my bushes and trees. It just looks soooo nice.
I ve been using Go Green for several years for a spring plant bed cleanup & mulching, a fall cleanup, and fall aeration/seeding. I ve always found them to be easy to deal with, responsive, priced fair, and perform high quality work. Would definitely recommend. Just finished with this spring s work and they were out here the week after I gave them a call with a large crew in tow, and got everything done in a day. Looks great!
I called them the first time, and they got my address and information to schedule me for an estimate, they were supposed to contact me in a few hours, but they never called. I called them twice the next day and left a voicemail, but nobody returned my call. Please do not waste your time; they are not professional enough to know how to treat their customers. If they had no time, they could say, instead of keeping their customers waiting. I will contact another landscaping company to done it for me. Not recommend them to anybody.
GoGreen responded almost immediately to my request. Then they continued to provide that hi level of care throughout the project. We will continue to use them again and again. They are super friendly and knowledgeable.

GoGreen is fraud and customers, be aware of them. They are only totally money-oriented and have Zero customer service! They never come to inspect lawn after the job! They should be totally banned from Columbia. They only care about your money and once they get it, they will never bother to come! If there was zero star, I would give zero. Pathetic!!!
My neighbors used this company to remove trees from their backyard. In the process this company damaged my fence and has been giving me the run around about fixing it. They haven t gotten back in touch with me nor fixed the property they damaged. This company shows no accountability, integrity or honesty.
GoGreen has been reliable for weekly yard mowing and we recently worked with them on yard services in the front and backyard. They installed a French drainage, sod, grass seed and beautiful plants like hydrangeas, roses and golden mops in our backyard. It s like a brand new backyard, a total face lift! In the front they cleaned up the area and added fresh mulch. We re very happy with the services and would hire them again for our next project.

Needed the front yard of my townhome cleaned up, they came and cleaned it all up, installed sod, mulched, and installed some plants. Did everything I asked and communicated effectively, cant ask for more and will use again! Great job.
This company performed quality work. I have a townhome with a small back and front yard that was overgrown with weeds, and leaves. They cleaned it all out, planted low maintenance plants, replaced damaged wood framing, and laid mulch. Great job at a great price!
My yard was in desperate need of landscaping, with areas overrun by weeds. Bia came out for the estimate and I felt she read my mind in how to redo the entire yard for future easier maintenance. Then the whole crew did a fantastic job to make that idea a reality, and at a very affordable price. I am so thankful for their work and love coming home to a great looking yard.
GoGreen did a wonderful job on our front and back yard! They were affordable and provided quality work! They finished the job in a couple hours and cleaned up nicely before leaving. My only complaint would be communication. I had to contact them twice about when they would start the job. Overall, would highly recommend!
They promised to seed and cover with straw at in a high run-off no-grass area. They forgot the straw and didn t cover 2/3rd area with seed - I complained, they came out and fixed. No problem. I emailed asking when Fertilization plan would start and frequency, they said they d get back to me - never did. They did lawn mow, it was fine - fast and cheap! But I wasn t overly impressed and was disappointed the grass didn t grow, due to Covid, I understand communication delays but I was not feeling it - so I elected to cancel. They billed me for services rendered - but it also included bill for Fertilization and 2 lawn cuts. I wrote back explaining I wouldn t pay those erroneous charges, But I paid the rest. Then today they actually call me and start blasting ME for not paying for what they never did. Saying they fertilized with initial seeding - really? I had emailed asking and they didn t tell me that. No note on the door, no proof of it. Nothing. And they start saying we came out two extra time giving you extra seed that we didn t charge you for . Seriously??? You came out ONE extra time, and that was because you Didn t seed right the first time. And 2nd grass cutting?? I ve been home on quarantine - you think I don t know you only came out once. I m irate. That s why I m posting this review- Completely unprofessional - They are lying!! I m shocked. Yes, they are low cost, and they cut the grass fine. But this attacking and lying?? Wow. Would not recommend

GoGreen handled a challenging job with years of overgrowth. Called several companies that were not even interested in doing it. They completely remade the yard and it looks fantastic. They are responsive, easy to work with and I will definitely go with them for any future landscaping needs.

We started using their yard work services when we first moved in and also contracted them to build our new patio. Vinnie and his team worked in the most professional manner to address everything we asked for. Nonetheless, they were such a pleasant and friendly team to work with. I highly recommend Go green landscaping, this is a local business and they take pride in the quality work. They have been mowing, maintenance the church property for approximately 3 years including the snow plow. The Go green landscaping staff, family and members is respectful and friendly. They do a excellent work and they are dependable and most important we trust them.
Worst worst they took my money and never come do the job they was supposed to wost landscaping company.
I needed a job done quickly. Go Green came over the same day and took care of everything for a reasonable price. Id definitely use them again.
Talking to their secretary is the worse experience I ve ever had with a Landscaping company. They only cut my lawn twice and tried to bill me for 3 mows ($35 each). Not only did they billed me more than what they actually did, their total charge was also incorrect (the claim to have mowed my lawn 3 times for $35, but sent me a $140 bill!!!). If you go with this company, make sure you document all the mowings they actually do and also do your own calculations with the bill. Mowing quality was also poor with lots for areas that are cut too short and lots of grass clumps left on the lawn.
