Here it is in plain English. There isn't much profit for a Landscaping company when it comes to cutting grass. So Brian says "Ok, I'll give you the grass cutting basically for free." That way he gets his foot in the door for all your other services like snow plowing, mulching, fertilizing, etc etc. This is precisely why he hires kids that are clueless, and why he cuts huge corner lots for incredibly cheap. Ever notice how his grass crews fly as fast as they possibly can, and are in and out in ten minutes? It's because Brian isn't making anything on the grass. He just wants everything else you have to offer. Its as simple as that. So next time you see 3 kids jump out of the truck like they all just drank 5 cups of coffee, just to spend 10 minutes flat on your property.. This is why. Good work takes time folks. This is not in Brian Palmer's vocabulary. Under bidding everyone in the grass industry to creat an incentive for all other services is. ....Your Welcome
We had an emergency call into Brian and he responded right away and was at our house the very next day. He was very kind and courteous. He was efficient and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this young man and his company
We recently had to reach out to Brian and his company for an emergency at our house. Brian was reasonably priced, courteous, quick, and helpful when we needed him the most. Not only did he help us with what we needed, but he even made sure to clean up the mud left in the road when he was finished. I couldn't recomend a better company.
We are very happy with the services we received from Palmer’s Landscaping. We contracted with them to develop a landscape design for our back yard, install a paver patio and reseed both the front and back lawns. We had other estimates but Brian impressed us with both his expertise in landscape design and knowledge of plants which was clearly evident from the first time we met. Brian was great to work with as together we came up with a final plan. We made some changes throughout the process and he was awesome with the way he handled all of our concerns. The crew of Brad, Keith, Tyson and Ryan were all very friendly and did a great job completing the project efficiently and according to plan. We would highly recommend contacting Palmer’s for any of your landscaping needs.
We needed our backyard regraded and reseeded. The crew spent many days hauling away the excess clay and smoothing out the terrain. Weather played a big part since rain hampered dirt removal and final grading. The whole job took several weeks because of the weather. Once the area dried sufficiently the remaining dirt was smoothed out and prepared for raking and seeding. The crew worked diligently to make sure the property was ready before seed and straw were placed. After the seed was spread, using a straw shredder and blower machine, the crew worked long hours until the job was finished. It's taken several weeks since but the grass is coming up nicely. Great crew and terrific job. Thank you Palmer's Lawn Care. We also use them for our weed and feed fertilizer needs. Very efficient operation. Our lawn has never looked better.
We talked to 4 other landscapers about plans for a new yard install and landscaping for our newly built home and we chose Palmer's for a number of reasons. Brian Palmer was the only one to ask if we had deer come through our property and when we said yes, he recommended a variety of plants that the deer would ignore yet still give us a nice option of colors and shapes. We had some very specific requests like gray boulders, black mulch and a mix of colorful plants that he was able to acquire, install and arrange for us. We told him we had a budget we wanted to stick too and did not want any upsell and they listened to us. It has been over two months now since the work has been completed and a smile still comes to our face every time we walk through our yard. All this and they were still one of the best price estimates we received.
Brian Palmer and his team were absolutely great. I needed a new lawn put in from scratch, so rake, rockhound, seed and straw, the whole nine yards. They first came out to spray to ensure all the weeds were killed off, then were back to start the lawn. From initially calling to yard work being completed has been only 2 weeks! They had the best rates, and the best part was they backed it up by quality work. Overall very happy with the job, and I would recommend to anyone to at least give them a call if considering new landscaping! Thank you Brain.
I had a terrific experience with Palmer's Lawn Care. Brian came out for a consultation to discuss exactly what we wanted done with our landscaping: trimming, edging, weeds pulled, poison ivy sprayed, grass planted in certain places, and mulch laid. He emailed a quote the next day and his crew came out less than a week later to complete the work. They did a great job! Brian was also very responsive when I pointed out a minor thing that had been missed, and he sent his guys out to correct the issue very quickly. Extremely happy with the professionalism, quality of the work, and the service-oriented communication of this company. Highly recommend!

At the beginning of the season, they cut my grass after a big rain. The mowers wheels put huge deep ruts in my front yard. They couldnt correct the problem, even by end of summer. They didnt want to cut my grass short enough, didnt want the wear on their blades. They wouldnt come out some weeks, even though the weather was perfect, stating, oh your grass isnt long enough. It is now the end of October and I havent seen them since October 1st. This company bought out my previous company earlier this year and they are horrible! Rude customer service and uncaring about the quality of their work! Do not hire!

One of the rudest company I have ever encountered on the road. I was harassed, called names, and was backed into by one of the Palmer Trucks. I was then later followed and the called more names by the same person. After driving home from work I noticed a car in front of me getting irritated by the Palmer Truck who kept harassing the driver behind him with his brake checking. After the driver in the car turned down an intersection I became the Palmers Employers next victim. He began to slow down his Truck to a stop multiple times until he got out of his vehicle to walk to my window and then began threatening to hurt me. I was very frightened and worried that I may be in danger. After he screamed through my glass window he got back in his truck to move out of the way of the blocked traffic. After I was in the clear, he met up with me at another intersection and kept on screaming from his window profanity that should not be coming from a man on duty. I would rate this company less than one stare if I could. STAY AWAY FROM PALMER YARD CARE.
Never answers the phone. Never know IF or WHEN they are coming. They didn t come for two weeks and when they finally showed up they didn t bag the grass and left it all over my yard and missed huge patches. Someone came out and looked and said it looked terrible someone else would come by and fix it and they re cut the grass to leave it looking exactly the same way. This isn t rocket science if you have a nice yard I would use a different company.
Horrible horrible company .... horrible results putting in a new lawn for us .... horrible job with new landscaping ... wish we had never heard of them ... do NOT want your time or money on them!
Yard looks amazing. Brian and his team did a fantastic job. They even did the work a week ahead of schedule. Could not be happier with the service, results and value.
Brian and team were great to work with. We needed a retaining wall and patio that fit in with our natural landscaping, and they did a great job bringing our vision to reality.
If they fix my lawn they tore up with the plows multiple times I will rate higher. Til then I call it how I see it. Not too good for residential snow plowing. Mistakes are one thing but when the driver is halfway up my front yard with the plow dragging right past the plow sticks that is lack of care. Our Association pays good money and there are other options out there.
Horrible! Do not waste your time on this place. They never call back, never email back. I had them to my house once and my house looked so sloppy afterwards I asked them to please never return.
Awful company in terms of service and actual customer care. I didnt even want to give one star but I have to. Unresponsive to any requests for them to do an easy fix to what they messed up. Itll only be more money out of my pocket to fix it right correct? HOAs and single homes beware.
These guys are a class act! They did all of our planting and landscaping AND they did a fantastic job. Everything looks fantastic and my wife is extremely happy with their service. We were so impressed that we hired them on the spot to do our regular maintenance and routine landscaping needs. I would highly recommend them!
Thank you Palmers Lawn Care for the beautiful backyard Oasis you created at our house! From the first meeting with Brian he was professional and drew a great design for our tiny backyard. It was a challenge due to space constraints, but he delivered. We now have an amazing Paver Patio that we enjoy year round. The crew did a great job installing the paver patio, steps, retaining wall, and landscaping. They showed up when planned and worked diligently until the job was done. The trees, shrubs and flowers that were planted compliment the design and give us something to look at Spring - Fall. It seems like something is always in bloom! My favorite are the limelight hydrangea trees - they are beautiful and I would never have known to pick them on my own. We couldnt be happier with the experience we had with Brian and crew. We definitely recommend Palmers Lawn Care/Palmers Landscaping for your patio and landscape instillation needs!
obviously no one has dealt with Brian for 4 years in a row. He is arrogant never returns emails hires young kids that have No idea what they are doing. I have to be home every Wednesday to make sure they mow right basically babysitting..Fed up. He has a long contract with our association. so sad. Dont waste your money.Get your own mower save the frustration. to get this posted I had to highlight a star. ignore the star.

Dont waste your time and money! They responded quickly to our initial call and even came out the same day to give us a quote. We were impressed to say the least and hired them to put in our lawn (we had just built a house) and do some landscaping. They came out that week and graded the lawn, which we were impressed about. Then it rained and they didnt come back for almost a month later. When they did finally come out, there was work that did not get done. A tree was missing, they were supposed to cut down the sewage pipes in the front yard (still not done), and there was a silk fence to be placed in the backyard to prevent runoff that was missing. We had to nag them about those issues and they complained to us that they hadnt been paid when they hadnt even asked for a down payment or sent us a bill! We hired them in May and we were still nagging them in July to finish their work. They still havent come back out to cut down the pipes that they said they were going to do. Everytime we ask them, they say theyll do it by this Friday and it never gets done. They also promised to leave an extra bag of seed for any patchiness in the new grass and they never did, even though we asked about it multiple times. The grass barely came in and we ended up spending a lot more money at Home Depot, to fix the shitty job that they did. We may as well have done it ourselves.
