I have thought about sharing this review for a few months now and have decided to do so to deture anyone from considering this company. This is lengthy, so please read through. Our neighbor had used them for years and referred us. We had turf installed October of 2023. The original crew we worked with was fantastic. Now the company has changed hands and have ghosted us. We did not know until the spring that during installation, a hole was punched through our irrigation system with a spike used to secure the turf. When I called, I put was schedule and no one showed up. I called again, the girl stated she was suppose to call me to reschedule and forgot. I was rescheduled for the following week. Don showed up and explained that he now owns both turf companys that were formly owed by Nick. He repaired the irrigation, did not finish securing the turf, and sprayed for the dog urine. I gave him cash and asked for a receipt, which he never sent. He scheduled me on August 7th to spray and brush the turf and said he would tack down the turf then. About a week later I checked the area Don repaired and the ground was still wet. I called and left several messages on the business line and on all the numbers I had and not one person called me back. We ended up having to call a sprinkler company to come out, which was money out of our pocket for something Top Notch damaged. I decided to wait until August 7th to discuss my concerns with Don. He never showed. I left several messages again. The last message was left on Don's voice mail stating this is not good business practices or ethically right. We have had to reach out to another turf company to repair the damage left by Top Notch. Infact, BEFORE moving forward, they reached out to former owner of Top Notch, Nick, to see if he could possibly help make this right. (They all know of each other due to the nature of their business.) Nick was suppose to call me back and never did. So that is when we moved forward with the new company. This meant more money out our pocket no one left to honor the lifetime warranty. Please consider any other company besides Always Green Turf and Top Notch Turf, both are now owed by Don. I would hate for anyone to have to go through what we have and invest their money in a company(s) that only care about the initial paycheck and not their customers.
Install and turf looked great initially, but less than 2 years in I've got weeds coming up through the middle of the turf. I've also got turf in my backyard which was there when I moved in in 2016 and have not had one weed. I've called multiple times and left multiple voicemails over the last 2 weeks and have not heard back at all.
We planned for a long time to lay artificial turf in our backyard. We interviewed and got estimates from multiple companies. Top Notch Turf had the best communication -thanks Candis! They also had the most comprehensive method and most options for the additional trim work. They were done on time and with no issues! We absolutely love our turf! Our two dogs are so happy to have this great space to play and roll around. Now we have a big dog play area! Dog waste is easy to remove and the turf is easy to keep clean. We highly recommend Top Notch Turf!
Candace was awesome to work with! She was very responsive throughout the whole process and made it possible for us to have our yard completely transformed in only a few weeks time. We love it and are so happy to get to spend time outside!

Top Notch Turf did an outstanding job on our back yard. We recently moved into a new home, unfortunately the backyard was mostly dirt and weeds. We needed a safe place the kids could play, and not track dirt into the house. After pricing around for artificial turf install, we settled on Top Notch Turf, since their prices were very competitive with other installers, and they did an excellent job on our previous house. Julien and his team came out in the morning and had the turf installed before 4pm the same day. They were very professional and did an amazing job. The attached pictures shows the yard before (all dirt and weeds), during (road base in piles for leveling), and after completion (PERFECTION). We definitely recommend Top Notch Turf.

We had turf installed at the beginning of summer 2023. Now entering the summer of 2024, the turf looks brand new. The team that installed it was super efficient and quick but also did a quality job!
Made an appointment a month ago. Said to give them a couple of days for an estimate. 2 weeks later I still never heard back. I called again and was told there had been a change in management, so I gave them another chance. I said I was available Wednesday morning, so they came over TUESDAY noon. They sent me a message at 10:20 PM on Saturday to set up an appointment. I replied Monday morning that again Wednesday AM. no reply from them. I called again on Wednesday morning and the guy said he would be over sometime?!?! Look elsewhere. These guys are NOT reliable. Not even worth 1 star
I just had my grass installed and it came out better than I expected! It was definitely worth it. Candice was great at responding and keeping me in the loop on everything and all the effort that she and her team placed to have it done in a timely manner. Very very happy with the turnout and the customer service.
Had pet friendly turf installed a couple of months ago. Held up really well through all the rain and hail this summer plus the traffic of kids and dogs. Has made our backyard area much more enjoyable.

Great job that turned out even better than expected! From the first site survey all the way through the install and after, they were professional, courteous, and so quick! Just want to add... several months later a wash out spot appeared under the turf leaving a 1 foot square dip in the substrate. These guys honored their install, worked hard to figure out what could have caused it (even though we werent able to determine what it was), and fixed it at no charge! Well done guys, way to stand behind your product!

From start to finish this company was nothing short of amazing! Even with just a couple hiccups, they took care of everything quickly and professionally. They stayed in communication from the time I requested an estimate (late 2020) through completing the project (March 2021). My back yard went from a dirt pit to beautiful, green turf that my crazy dogs cant destroy. I am considering another project for my front lawn and wont even consider another company. I will absolutely recommend Top Notch to anyone and everyone.
What an amazing company and group of employees! We had Christmas lights installed through Top Notch and they were perfect! Its nice to see employees who truly enjoy working for their employer. I would highly recommend them!

I went in for an interview and got called back for a job imeditly. My personal experience with Candice was great and satisfactory,and I look forward to being a part of the crew. Kelly did a great job, so much better than I expected. Every other company we got estimates from quoted us for 2 rolls because we had an odd shaped yard or wanted to charge more because the yard is smaller. Kelly was able to get it done with 1 roll in just a few hours. They also had the best price in town. Definitely a happy customer and would highly recommend. They were the best choice and I am so happy with the work.
I am a partner with A&H Custom Concrete and Stone. Due to weather and concrete delivery issues some of our regular crew was unavailable due to scheduling conflicts. Knowing that Nicks Co. had concrete experience I called and was able to hire Nick and his crew. The job was in Floressent Co. Top Notch showed up on time and the pour went off without a hitch. I have worked for this company for 7 months now and this has by far been the best company I have worked for, the hours are great if you dont mind to work. I am a supervisor for this company and I make sure my coworkers are happy with who and what they work with. This is a safe environment. This is a young company and there is growth. So we make sure we do our best at what we do.
I have been working for top notch for a couple of months, Nick takes care of his employees and threats us like family the work environment is actually fun we are a small company but our work speaks for its self every time

They are a fantastic company they actually showed up and did what they said they would! Huh go figure you show up for work you get paid . They come highly recommend, my sarcasm comes from having called over 5 landscaping companies that either never showed up or forgot to follow up with an actual quote lol. These guys were not only ON TIME but actually took their profession seriously!!!!
