Drew and his team did a phenomenal job removing a dead Ponderosa off of our property. No damage to the fence it was next to, they picked up the debris, they left the baby spruce growing next to the Ponderosa untouched, and even closed the gate I had opened for them! Great job!

Drew and his two man team arrived on time, we went over details of what I needed done as discussed with the arborist. Service provided was trim/prune 3 Quacking Aspens and remove 25 tall Juniper tree. I am completely satisfied with the service provided by SavATree once again.

The day after SavATree pruned our trees, we were hit by an unexpectedly big snow storm, which snapped a large branch on one of the newly trimmed trees. SavATree came out to take a look and then arranged to have the broken limb cut and the tree as a whole re-shaped no charge. They also got someone to pressure wash stains left on the driveway after pruning and dragged branches. They definitely went above and beyond to make everything right.

Julius and his team from Savatree did a wonderful job of taking care of our Ash tree, cutting dead branches and thinning out the tree to allow more airflow and sunlight. After they were done they carried the dead branches and all the leaves that had fallen and disposed of them. They left the tree and the yard looking great! And they were very professional and super nice to deal with.

They had to move all of my patio furniture, and they put it all back into the exact right place. Cleanup was excellent! They were both super kind and did a great job.

I m so glad that a neighbor/friend recommended SaveATree. I called to have Brad take a look at a dying tree. I, unfortunately, had to have a tree removed due to beetle kill. Brad was kind and honest. I immediately made an appointment to have my tree removed and a couple of weeks later Matt and Justin came by. They arrived on time and explained the whole process. I was impressed with their professionalism. They worked so diligently even with my 4-year-old trying to get their attention every 10 seconds. The installation crew from SavaTree did an excellent job replacing one of our dead maple trees today. Had tussoc moth caterpillar infestation in my pine tree, it was killing my tree and giving my kids and dogs allergic reactions everytime they went outside. We had thousands, easily. They came and sprayed my tree, but first they let my neighbors know the day prior, which was nice. But we watched those stupid things dropping out of my tree like snow almost. Sooooo many! They didnt come back. Super pleased!!!

The first time I used them was when a pine tree blew over onto my house. They came out immediately and lifted it off my house and removed it. After that experience I called Mike at SavaTree to have my red leaf maple pruned. Again, Mike was very responsive and the crew did a fantastic job of trimming it down and removing all the debris. my wife call to acquire Jordan services, and in the conversation that I had with Jordan over the phone, he told me that I would be wasting my money to utilize his services for what we need it give me a couple of ideas on how to handle it and save me a whole bunch of money. A big thank you to our great crew from SavATree...Drew, Tyler, and Justin, who removed trees for us! They arrived at our home as scheduled, and began the work on some large trees and a group of Aspens that had grown up tightly between two houses. It was amazing how quickly and skilled the crew was in safe removal, then cleaned everything up. Arborist, Jim Beyer, was so helpful in explaining beforehand what to expect and kept us updated. SavATree delivered just as they said they would and we would certainly work with them in the future.

Had a consultation July 8 for my pine tree with brown spots of dying needles. A man came out & said the pine would benefit from a ground infusion of minerals & such & they would call to schedule. By Sept 1st no call. I called them, on hold 15 min, finally someone said I was on a very long list & theyd call me back to schedule. Finally got a call Sept 20 but only heard garbled static. Tried to say I couldnt hear them. I hung up, called them right back but went on hold for over 15min again, hung up. Tried to call again but back. I will not be using this company.

Becky and her team are professionals that care about the health of our Colorado landscape. She is willing to partner with the customer and El Paso County Fire Department to reduce fire hazards. Jordan and his crew did an awesome & professional job of removing an extremely tall/dead Aspen tree from my back yard. Jordan was a definite help in checking out my situation, giving me a fair estimate for the job, and very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. Then he was able to get a crew out within the same week to take the tree down. The crew (sorry, I cant remember their names) did a quick & outstanding job! When they left, I could hardly tell that they had been there at all ... great cleanup job afterward! Also, between Sabrina and Kaili in the office, they were very friendly to talk to & helpful in getting me an appointment and my invoice taken care of in a timely manner. My neighbor across the street recommend them to me ... and I will be doing the same for anyone I know who needs help with their trees!!

I had a wonderful experience with SavATree in Colorado Springs. I had two different quotes from Becky Wegner a year a part from each other. Becky was always timely in her responses and always provided a complete quote from what the process looked like from start to finish. I followed up to see when the services would commence as I personally needed to remove fencing, let my neighbors know when services would be rendered and the city needed to drop electrical lines. SavATree was spot on in timing the day of the scheduled tree trimming. All the gentlemen on the job were courteous, professional, and performed a superb job trimming my VERY large siberian elm and cleaning up my property--they kept me informed every step of the way. They also ensured my neighbors property was cleaned up properly after the day long trimming (which was my priority as I respect my neighbors property). I would strongly recommend this company. I hired these guys to thin out my dying tree, and they did a really good job doing that. However, I suggest you guys watch them very closely because they put a scorch mark in my lawn and accidentally mulched all of the deadwood that I was hoping to burn in my fireplace.

Total waste of my time as they dont provide the svcs I was led to believe they offered. I was very thorough in my phone call to schedule as to what it was I needed. A simple, I am sorry, but we dont provide this would have been preferred to my waiting all morning for the rep to show, only to tell me so. If they were hoping, the visit would be an incentive for me to use their other services in the future, they are mistaken.

Anytime a company will come out and listen to your problems, and offer more than one solution and exhibit patience, without charging or pushing a service on you, is a good day for me. Unfortunately I wasnt able to afford what needed to be done at that time but if and when I am ready, these folks will get the business.

I would give them no stars if possible the lady in the front office has no personality. I think she must have a very miserable life she probably gets beat when she goes home shes just a miserable person. It shows in the rest of the crew that works there. Mostly negative vibe throughout the entire branch.. I think it all comes from her in the front office.

This is our first experience with Savatree. Jordan provided exceptional service compared to the many other tree service companies we called. He was punctual for our estimate meet up in December and explained in detail what services they could offer to us in regards to our very large cottonwood tree, aspen trees and apple tree. Our tree service was scheduled for the month of February and he communicated with us throughout the entire process because we unfortunately had to reschedule our tree service 2 times due to outside circumstances. The crew that came out to our home today was stellar and extremely professional!! We appreciate Jordan and his crew for taking the time to help us and they truly are worth every penny!

The Savatree crew did a fantastic job taking down my very large dead tree close to my house. They amazingly took down huge sections with no damage to my house and even cleaned up my yard!

We had 4 trees trimmed all taller than our house and a fifth tree removed due to its deteriorating state. Jordan who did our consult was on time, polite and knowledgeable. The crew who did the trimming was excellent and also polite. Cleanup was excellent with little to no debris left at all. I definitely recommend Jordan and the Savatree crew.

I called several other companies to remove a large stump in my backyard. Sav-a-tree offered the best price by far! Jordan went above and beyond just an estimate. With a confidence clearly ground in competence, Becky performed a thorough assessment of the trees on my Colorado Springs property. During her visit, she listened as I shared my love of trees. Becky was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Of the four estimates and consultations I receieved from local Arborists, Becky was the most encouraging. Later, Joel, Jackie and a third person (a quiet, focused, hard worker, who showed highly capable tree climbing skills), arrived on time and started to work immediately. They cleaned up all the debris and left the trees looking great...

There is no reflection on the work crews we have encountered intended and is just our personal experience and opinion. This review is for Mile High/Corporate SavATree and their extremely poor organizational/management/customer skills/services. We contacted SavATree the week of Apr 15 for an arborist consult. We received an estimate Apr 29. The week of May 6 we agreed for 9 juniper shrubs to be removed, stump grinding and associated cleanup of planted areas. Shrubs were removed May 16, great crew. Repeated calls for even an estimated date for stump grinding were never returned. Only three times (out of multiple attempts) have we been able to speak to a person. Most recently we were given a sob story and spin about the snow storm and told it would be another 10 days before they could even set up routes for previous work orders. We agreed to wait one more time. Second call we were told your locate from the city was on May 21 and they would get us on the schedule. We were called June 12 to say they would be out the following week. The grinding crew arrived approximately 9:00am Jun 18. We were told they couldnt grind, because there was no completed locate. We told them we were told by office personnel there was a completed locate. They explained their whole route was in the same situation. They further noted, Mile High was now Corporate SavATree and not a Mom and Pop business. They also reflected how even 30 year customers were very disappointed since the change to SavATree. We were obviously (apologetically) agitated and told them our ordeal with SavATree and we now had to wait once again for the process of a locate, scheduling and our planned project for the area must be put on hold even longer. They were very understanding and polite. Give them a shot if you wish and good luck. Needless to say, we will never use SavATree services again.

Had a good experience with SavATree. Did have to wait a few weeks for service, but they are in high demand. Reasonable prices. They were able to grind down several tree stumps that were right next to my fence without any damage. Thanks guys

I have been using this company for years. We have 4 Honey Locust trees on our property. They are taller than our house and require regular pruning to keep them healthy and to keep the branches off the roof. They send a crew of three to five people each time to remove weak and dead limbs as well as limbs hanging over areas that could be damaged by high winds. When they are done they rake everything thoroughly. My yard looks great! They always do a great job and communicate what they intend to do before they do it. When done they go over the work theyve done to make sure that I am happy with the results. Theyre very meticulous about cleaning things up and making sure that I am happy with everything. Their trucks and Equipment look brand new. The company takes good care of the equipment. They always use professional climbing gear and follow safety regulations. I have found the price for their services very reasonable and competitive. These are not handyman whacking off branches. Theyre following the instructions of an arborist. The arborist comes out and consults with me about the best way to trim the branches to prevent disease and bug infestations. I called him out every two to three years to take care of my trees. When we get wind or snow storms my trees lose very little. Compared to all my neighbors who have giant limbs come down and damaged fences and leave a mess all over their yard. I am grateful to have found a company that does a professional job on my trees at a reasonable price. A company I can trust. PS. Their workers are polite and courteous! They are wonderful to deal with.

We thought our Colorado Blue Spruce was beyond saving, this is our most beloved tree. We called Save a Tree here in Colorado Springs and Becky made a hole in her busy schedule to stop by and look at our sick tree. We couldn t be happier with the total experience. They used to be a five but they ve gone too corporate

Very rude when I called for a quote!

I am a landscaper for a local townhouse complex. The men who arrived to plant the tree in our fully landscaped complex destroyed the landscaping. On top of this they were rude and unprofessional. Several flowers were half killed from being run over or stepped on. Would never use them again.

This was one of my worst experiences working with any contractor. The rudeness, arrogance, and unprofessionalism that was displayed when Mr. Wegner, who is one of the managers of the company arrived unannounced at my property. I was told by the front office that he would give me a call to set up a scheduled meeting when suddenly he arrived at my property at the same time I had another appointment with a client. To add insult, he walked on my lawn, which I had re-seeded earlier that morning. When I politely asked him to step off my lawn he questioned me why he had to do so. He also told me that if I did not accept him now, he will leave, and will not come back in two weeks, as if he was threatening me to take it or leave it. I came very close to throwing this man off my property, but I kept my cool and allowed him to proceed. I already knew I was not going to allow this company to have any part of my business, and just hired another company to do my work for me. First impressions are everlasting and they lost hundreds of dollars because of this mans rudeness and unprofessionalism. I will not tolerate that kind of behavior from anyone, and especially from a business whose survival is crucial on how they treat their customers. How much energy does it take to treat someone with the same courtesy, dignity, and respect that you would expect yourself from someone else? I would avoid this company and call someone else who would treat you better and appreciate your business because there is plenty of competition out there.

I started using Mountain High Tree Service roughly 12 years ago. After using other tree companies that were lacking in pretty much everything I was very impressed with Mountain High and still am. They are always professional, personable, and give the best service Ive found. Their workers are knowledgable and experienced. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Cut it out

They cut down a 65-75ft tree 3 feet away from my house without a single issue. They cleaned everything up and then some. They truly went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend these guys for your tree needs.

There are a few companies and their people that over many, many years you learn to trust. Mountain High, now Savatree, is one of those companies that I trust. Becky and the crews she oversees have provided excellent value and advice. The tree crews plan their work carefully and then execute to perfection. I never consider any other tree care provider.

Requested an estimate for removal of stumps (one over 6) left by a another tree service. And to get an idea what SavATree thought about the numerous other Siberian Elm trees on the property. When I called for an appointment, the first opening might be a couple weeks out. However, Becky called well before two weeks, actually just a couple of days and I was able to get an estimate within the week. She also took a thorough look around the property and provided helpful advice on existing elm trees and their removal. Currently, I am on the schedule and super excited to have those stumps removed. We contacted 3 tree trimmers and Becky at SavATree was the most cost-efficient and the most tmely of when the work could be done. Once we agreed to the work she stated they were busy and we would be put on the schedule and they would contact us, I did not have to do any follow-up they did contact us a week before the work was to be done. They showed up on time, they were clean ,professional, sociable and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and they completely cleaned up after themselves. They will return in the spring to treat some crab apples and I have no doubt the work will be just as good as the first time. Highly recommend these guys!

Nice to have a reputable tree service to refer people to! Personally had a large white fir tree showing signs of stress. Concerned about its long term health, Becky Wegner with SavATree diagnosed its demise with just a few questions. A nearby septic tank was excavated six months prior to Beckys visit, and she inquired if the root system had been disturbed. With supplemental hydration, this tree recovered from its injury and stands 40 tall, more beautiful than ever!

Being a landlord we have tree issues and Mountain High has always served me well. Living in the Old North end we have many wonderful trees that Mountain High has maintained for years. However, with todays devastating wet snow, a huge branch on an elm tree snapped and crashed onto the front portion of my home. I called Mountain High along with hundreds of others and they came over and took care of the problem within a couple of hours. These folks are truly professional and we would never consider any other service.

Timely and prompt estimate but the work I was charged for was not done. Called and we worked through that experience. Was supposed to be in the schedule for weevil spraying in the spring and my account was nowhere to be found AND some of the pruning that was supposed to happen in the winter was missed.

As far as the actual service, the folks who came out to remove my tree were prompt, professional and exceeded my expectations. The office/admin side needs improvement. From scheduling the appointment, waiting for the estimate, getting the invoice to pay for the service, etc.

I contracted with Mountain High to remove an out-of-control, huge Elm tree that had very large branches. One branch had already split off and fallen on my garage (fortunately with no damage), but the rest of it was going to break up soon. Mountain High was highly recommended by a good friend of mine who has lived in the Springs all of his 66 years. He had also had a large tree removed, last autumn. Anyway, the crew was a model of military precision. The foreman mapped out the tree, set his lines, went up to the top, and methodically took it apart one huge portion at a time with the assistance of his two-man crew. Every single piece of this elm tree was carefully segmented and lowered to the ground within my yard by ropes, and caused to damage at all to anything! All of it was taken right out to the street and put in the enormous shredder, with all the debris going straight into the covered truck. Not one single piece of tree was anywhere to be seen when they were finished. I also had them remove a couple of large branches from a nearby elm tree and that was done with the same precision and care. You can bet than if I ever need to have any other trees removed I will call Mountain High. I dont know whether anybody else undercuts their prices, but I am certain that nobody in this city could possibly do a better job. Totally satisfied!

We live in the Old North End and have a beautiful old towering silver maple that provides wonderful shade to our house and back yard; its one of our favorite things about our home and property. Josh and Ryan did a great job trimming out dead wood, cleaning and opening it up, and raising up the lower branches. They also trimmed and raised 3 smaller Norwegian maples in our parkway, where they were drooping over the sidewalk. They cleaned up afterward and even left us some firewood! We were very satisfied with the job Mtn High did for us.

I had a decent sized Honeylocust tree in my back yard next to a neighbors fence. Every year the tree developed foot long pods that filled gutters, trashed my yard and part of a neighbors yard. Al responded quickly and provided a very fair quote. Austin and Sean arrived early in the morning as scheduled and removed the tree and stump. These men were professional, courteous and had the job finished within the day. All the debris was removed and the area was left clean, minus a dirty tree.
