The Lawnsmith is an excellent company to work with for high quality work on your sprinkler and lawn care system. Their level of customer service and attention to detail is superb. We had a major problem with our antiquated sprinkler system and called them based on prior reviews. Company owner Keith returned our call promptly (a rarity with some companies). He was courteous and helpful and worked us in to their busy schedule. His employee Jake came out to evaluate our system and was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful to work with. We knew exactly what was needed after his initial visit, and Keith followed up with an estimate that was cost-effective. They both worked on fully upgrading our system as promised and the final project was completed in a timely and professional manner . I went to turn on our sprinkler system and found the manifold PVC pipes were spewing out water. I called and emailed a few sprinkler repair businesses. Keith was the only one who called me back. It's been a few days, and I am still waiting to hear back from the others. Jake, the technician from Lawnsmith, came out to do the repair, and his work was truly impressive. Not only did he fix the main issue, but he also noticed a couple of smaller leaks and repaired those as well. Before leaving, he made sure the sprinklers were running perfectly. I 100% recommend Lawnsmith.

The Lawnsmith technician Jake that performed our sprinkler winterization was professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite. Jake took the time to explain so many things about his winterization process and went over and beyond any service we have ever used in the Springs. Last year we lost a back-flow preventer because we used another company and we paid for it. I am so sure because Jake at Lawnsmith is so thorough we will have clear sailing at spring startup!

I highly recommend Lawnsmith for sprinkler system maintenance. They installed a Hydrawise controller and taught me to use it with the phone app. When I had a problem that was not their fault, Keith was back within minutes to fix my problem.

What do you have with 6 irrigation zones and the valve box only has 4 irrigation valves? Another missing valve box! Jake worked hard to find the missing valve box and succeeded. He fixed a small wiring problem and all is well. I wholeheartedly recommend Jake and LawnSmith.

Jake at the LawnSmith knew exactly what to do with this older automatic sprinkler system. He surgically replaced a small part inside the bad valve rather than rebuild/replace the whole manifold valve assembly... Jake understood my goals and just wanted to keep the older system working until my budget was ready to upgrade all. I totally recommend Keith, he is very honest and professional. He wont charged you unnecessary charges, he would work with you for what works best for you. He is very responsive that I had to miss my appointment with his team to winterize the irrigation system and my schedule was tight and Keith was very concerned to get this done before the temperature drops down, Keith came himself and closed the water and the rest of the team came the following day to finish the job in the yard. They had to make two visits to my property and Keith didnt charge me extra. I totally recommend Keith, you be cardinally in safe hands.
