R&D Lawn Care/Landscaping in Colorado Springs

I made an appt last week for this last Tues. They never showed. When I tried to get in touch, they said they FORGOT to put me on the schedule for an aeration and were booked for 2 weeks!

Started in June, did an alright job mowing, but thats it. We asked about paying extra for weeding, and they agreed. Our bill increased, but the weeds grew unchallenged. Only accept cash/check, bill was not itemized. About 3 months after starting they flaked and said they weren't mowing anymore. If they are still in business, I recommend avoiding.

I had an aeration appointment scheduled two weeks ago. No one ever showed up, and no one called to cancel/ reschedule.

These people are great. They show up regularly and take care of my commercial business lawn. This will be my second year with them.

I hired this company to build two small gardens around 2 trees and to mow & trim weekly. Everything was arranged and the wife confirmed they were coming 2 days ahead of time. They never showed up! Emergencies happen so I called to see when they could come and they never called back. I left 2 messages by phone during business hours and one on email. They didn’t even have the decency to return a call , which is very unprofessional. If you want someone dependable it’s not them!

Very professional, friendly and fast (in a good way). Aeration is the service we got. I will be calling them again!
