Pinnacle Lawn & Landscape in Colorado Springs

First off, shout out to Ryan who did an incredible job on my yard and his customer service was fantastic. He gets the 5 star rating a major reason I have enjoyed working with this company. I have updated this review due to the office manager’s service recovery. Renee was a delight to speak with and addressed all my concerns.

Buyer beware! Very very disappointed and astonished at the quality of work and the customer service of this company, or lack thereof. Quality of work is abysmal, but they sure do send invoices quickly. Paid to have all 4 sprinkler valves replaced but they didn't check for leaks as two different valves are still leaking... To make a long story short, I've paid nearly $1k and the job never did get completed and they will continue to try to charge even more if you have the audacity to expect them to finish the repair properly that was already paid for. Valves are leaking, and they didn't re-install the sprinkler box correctly so now we have a grading issue next to the house causing water to pool and drain into the sprinkler valve box and foundation of the house anytime it rains or snows, not to mention they also installed the sprinkler box crooked, very sloppy and unprofessional work. Essentially, I paid them to make things much worse than they were before they were hired. Throughout the whole process they were rude, took zero accountability, and made zero effort to provide any sort of customer service or quality work. Find a different landscaping company to work with if you want to conduct honest and professional business. Nightmare experience.

Pinnacle cam highly recommended to us last summer and we couldn't be more thankful. They are incredibly communicative, easy to work with, and always on top of anything we throw their way. When managing ~270 homes, it's imperative our vendors are on top of things and Pinnacle has exceeded our expectations time and time again. 10/10 - you won't go wrong with Pinnacle Lawn & Landscape.

I am so impressed with their service, and I am that picky annoying customer who wants things done my way. Wow, just wow. First of all, the communication was easy and clear. No head games, showed up as scheduled, which was vital for us because we were on tight schedule to clean out the place before we had to leave the state in few hours. Second of all, Jonathan did an excellent job hauling large bulky items. Left my front yard in a spotless condition. Third of all, thank you so much for appreciation of military and first responders. I hope your business only prospers and remains a stellar example to other businesses in CS.

I would highly discourage you from using this company to service your lawn or landscape needs. They overcharge for the service they provide, they don't honor commitments made by employees. Call another provider.

Our landlord pays for mowing service and I’m not impressed, to be frank. Our sod grass is at least 4” in some places, and about 6” tall in others, therefore the water is not reaching the ground, or roots, and the entire lawn is looking sad. The guy seems to be going too fast over the lawn, or the mower needs to be set lower. Never looks like anything has been done after they leave and I would much rather tend the lawn myself. I will try telling them my concern next time I’m able to cross paths with the landscapers and will update this of necessary.

I am on my second season with Pinnacle for weekly lawn maintenance. They are at least the fifth company (or individual) I have hired to mow and are by far the best. I have also had them aerate and was impressed by the thoroughness. It seems like a good lawn service is tough to come by, and tougher to keep. I’m happy to say that hasn’t been the case with these guys.
