These people run a tight ship! We have used their lawn mowing services for two summers now and are incredibly impressed with their work ethic. They are a big blessing to us!
This used to be a great company. I have used them for several years to mow and do fall cleanup. I was very happy with the service. But things have changed. They now want you to pay a season in advance. It's no longer a crew who comes to my house but the owner alone. I get texts about how my grass is too long (because he didn't start mowing until mid May), my watering schedule doesn't suit him even though the mowing happens 15 hours after watering, and he is bullying me to mow every week instead of every two weeks because my yard takes too much time every two weeks and is just too hard. Looking for other service.
Great service (and timing). Scheduling and communication was superb. We received a spring service with aeration, fertilizer & over-seeding. Our appointment was 2 days after the recent late May snowstorm. All snow was melted when the crew arrived so lawn was prime for aeration. First time with Intermountain - highly recommend.
We had a great experience working with Donnie. He was helpful answering all our questions, responded quickly and they did great work with our leaf removal job. Great value for the cost. We're looking forward to working with these guys again in the future.
I have used this company for Spring and fall clean up. Their work is outstanding. They arrive on time. If there is an issue they communicate with you immediately. My neighbors use the yard cutting service for years and are very happy. I have recommended them to many people. I have a very large yard,their rates a very fair.
These guys were great! SUPER fast and extremely thorough. I used a leaf blower and rake last year and it took SO GOD DAMN LONG... and I didn't even do as close to as good of a job. Donnie was super helpful and friendly, and I will absolutely be using them again in the future.
I contacted Intermountain Lawns on a Sunday, and service was started the following Wednesday. They are extremely responsive, friendly, and professional. Service was delayed by a day due to rain and they made sure to let me know so I had a solid understanding of their business practices. When I arrived home after their first service, I was so happy with the state of my yard. It was clean cut and edged and, best of all, I didn't have to do it. I highly recommend them for your lawn maintenance needs.
I would highly recommend Intermountain Lawns. They were able to work with us on a tight schedule. They communicated well through weather delays and let us know when the work had been completed. They did a great job for a fair price. We will definitely use them again.

The unprofessionalism I experienced working with the owner, Donnie, was unreal. My family was shocked at the way he was talking to me regarding a repair they were doing at my house for a post they broke. He and his coworker are also on camera saying some not so nice things about me and another one of their customers they apparently also dont like. They broke something at my house and instead I was made to be the bad guy. I suggest you all start operating like every house you go to has cameras, because this one did. We have worked for YEARS with this business and recommended them so many times, but after hearing the way this owner speaks about his clientele, we are not interested in passing any other work their way. ...If your reading this, please pay special attention as to how they choose to respond to my review. That should help in finalizing your decision to work with them or not. There is always room for improvement and I hope they take my review serious and make some changes rather than slinging more excuses out.

They know what they re doing, do services in detail, and if you re with them they ll even follow specific extra details. Been using them for six years.

I have been using Intermountain for several years and love them. I happened upon them when another lawn company wasnt up to par and am so glad I did. The owners are professional, courteous and easy to work with, as are the teams they send to take care of my lawn. Unless they retire, I wont consider anyone else.

Intermountain lawns has done my lawn for many years. They have consistently provided great service for a decent price.
I will definitely use these guys again. They did a power rake and aeration and did the most thorough job of any company I ve use in the last 20 years. They ensured there were no plugs or dead grass from the power rake on any of the sidewalks or patio. They are also reasonably priced.
This company was an absolute Lifesaver for me. Im an officer in the US Army who purchased a house in Colorado Springs while stationed in Fort Meade and then got stuck at Fort Meade because of COVID-19. This company took perfect care of my yard, I was able to schedule everything online, and after four months I was finally able to move to Colorado Springs. They came out and did an outstanding total yard clean-up that included trimming bushes (of which I have a lot!), removal of rubbish, and of course the lawn mow and Edge. It was a complete transformation when they were done. They will definitely be at the top of my list for any future needs.

InterMountain did a great job aerating my lawn. First year Ive used them to aerate and I wont be using anyone else in the future. Other aerators charge about the same and make a swipe or two on the lawn it seems (unless you agree to pay more). Tommy and Josh made many passes with plenty of aeration holes. Nicely done.
Have used them for the last three years and have no complaints. Totally worth the cost of not worrying about the maintenance of a lawn mower and the time it takes for me to do it myself.
Intermountain lawns broke my fence and would not own up to it. I also paid for the full year in advance. They have not credited me for the weeks that they missed. Donnie called me to discuss my issues and has said that he will work to get the gate fixed, which shows great character and customer service. Thank you Donnie and I have upgraded my stars.
