Honest and professional!

Used this service, they advertised that they give you feedback on your lawn and what it needs to be healthy. The service began great with good feedback until they stopped caring. Not sure what the change was, however there were some brown spots developing last year and I had to inquire about what the issue was, they came out and out water cups in the lawn and never came back with a recommendation, they kept treating my lawn and this spring half of my lawn had massive dead spots. This service used to be good, however it has fallen greatly and I would no longer recommend their services unless you want to risk your lawn being destroyed.

Weeds in your rocks and gravel? Call them. I used to spend hours and hours every summer pulling weeds. But a few years ago, I finally caved and called Integrated to spray instead. In just a few applications per year, theyve taken that chore off my hands. PLUS, I just never have weeds anymore. They have also provided other services for me, and I must say, they are always so responsive and professional. Everyone from scheduling, billing, service crew are so pleasant to work with.Consistent excellent service is rare. They deserve 6 stars.

Wanted to update this review to 5stars I called in after their response to my review and talked to Torianna one of their managers, she was awesome and extremely professional. Issac was the tech that came out and went above and beyond and was also great. Went to this company last year after the local provider retired and sold his book of business to them. Agreed upon a price for rock area as well as additional native area. They never did the native area but did a great job with the xeriscape area. However, I was disappointed that a large portion we agreed upon was never sprayed and they did nothing to fix it, cancelled the service because of that. Just called recently to get a price for only the xeriscape area and it was more than 50% higher than what we agreed to last year for both the xeriscape and native area (said it was a discount or else it would have been 75% higher) Monique their customer service professional was great and understanding, but it would be nice to have someone in management that would fix problems when they happen or make common sense judgments to retain/earn back customers that they have made mistakes with.

We had signed up for limited services for the year of 2022. Without warning, they came again in April of this year and we received a bill. They claimed that we were notified of the upcoming service, however no such email or text arrived. The only way we knew they came was a follow up email stating what had been done. We tried to dispute this but were told that they have small print stating that their services renew from season to season, so we were forced to pay. Use caution with this company!

I found this lawn service on Home Advisor. They were the first to contact me right away. My lawns were looking bad because of the weeds. They immediately set up an appointment to treat my rock beds and I saw the weeds dying quickly. In two days another gentleman came out and treated my lawns and within a week and a half all the weeds were either gone or in the process of dying. I have a very nice looking lawn now. It s amazing to see the transformation so quickly. Those involved in this business are highly professional, quick to get back to you, and always keep you in the loop of what s going on at all times. I had to recommend this company to anyone.

I paid for the off-lawn weed control package(think rock bed area). The first tech very obviously missed large sections. Instead of them keeping their promise of We will be back throughout the season for quality assurance I had to take the time out of my day and call them to schedule an appointment to get the missed areas. A tech came out on 8/22/23 and come to find out, the tech did something completely different than they were supposed to! According to the invoice I received. We have pets, so, not knowing what is going on our ground could quite literally be deadly to them. To respond to their response: I had off lawn weed control done on 4/5/23. Why would they not come back until fall? Does throughout the (growing) season not mean what I think it means?

Very responsive and effective. Deep-root fertilization (and above-average rainfall this year) made a noticeable difference in our trees this year. Their customer service is top notch. Scheduled our services with zero delay.

Robert did a great job today, 5/2/22! It was windy and cold, but he provided excellent service for us. He contacted me via text when he arrived, and again when he was finished. Are yard is xeriscaped and weve never had an issue with weeds thanks to Integrated Lawn &Tree service.

I would avoid, they are not honest and they dont do the work. I caught on camera an employee not completing the work I paid for. The company sent someone else out to finish the job, I wasnt home and I doubt it was done. They dont show up when they say they will and if youre not watching them carefully, they will not complete the job. Go with an honest company. AVOID. I think they are a scam.

Very friendly and super reasonably priced

A person might think, what can you say about a lawn care service? If your lawn looks great, the service is taken for granted. If your lawn is awful, you simply find another. But, my experience with Integrated Lawn Care is anything less than superior. I am single, a senior and limited in what I can do but I do want a spectacular lawn. Integrated Lawn Care has seen to it that my lawn is the best in the neighborhood. This past winter, however, took a heavy toll on my lawn and I was left with huge bare areas. I was depressed and at a loss as to what to do. Did I mention I have a shortage of funds. Integrated Lawn Care came to my aid. My lawn has received the attention it so badly required, a payment plan was offered and a watering program detailed out for me. I must thank Troy (head honcho) for coming out personally to address the issues, Torianna who has always worked with me to offer a plan I could afford. I also appreciate the techs (Devin, Julian, Ricky and Javier to name a few). Integrated Lawn Care is to go to service for the best lawn care. It not only maintains your lawn, the folks there have integrity and truly work with you.

I got Id say the weeder killer plan/deal. One time to go spray and if it gets bad again they will come out as needed of course. Excellent customer service and communication, definitely need to plan out ahead of next summer. Although, 100% worth the wait!

Tried them at the end of summer in 2020 at 3 rental properties. Decided to use them again in 2021 and to include our home as well. Always punctual, courteous and Julian is professional and is open to conversation regarding treatments.

I have had Devin, Luis, Julian, and Troy Ellis all stop by for various treatments and services and they have all been wonderful. They are always on time and very communicative about what services they are going to perform. If you have any questions or follow-up concerns, they address them immediately and come back to resolve any issues promptly. I highly recommend this company for any of your lawn care needs!

Our technician Camara was very professional and helpful. He walk the pro mperty with me to ensure he was weeding where we wanted and to ensure our plants were protected. He also explained how to protect our pets.

Very professional and personal lawn care service. Andrew was our service technician. He arrived early and was very focused on the job by applying even coverage on both front and back yards. The only thing I had to worry about was making sure the back gate was open.

I just started a course of treatment for weed control from Integrated Lawn Care at my home today. The technician treating my lawn was Camara. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and informed me of what he could and couldn t do, and what to expect following the treatment. Thus far, I m very satisfied with the service provided.

Sean did a fantastic job of of our Spring treatment to our lawn. He has serviced our lawn for a few years now and is always friendly and provids ongoing communication.

My lawn was destroyed last year due to neglect from the previous owner. I was certain I d have to re-sod. Integrated Lawn Care came to the rescue, and they did so at a fraction of the cost it would take to re-sod. They did such a fantastic job that I ve rehired them to help with my yard again this summer. Alec came by yesterday to complete a spring treatment. As is all of their employees, he was professional and respectful despite all the dog bombs I neglected to pick up. I d definitely recommend giving them a call if you re at your whit s end with your yard...see what they can do!

Update: We have decided to stay with ILC for another year and will likely for years to come. Our lawn definitely got a lot healthier last season, and we are looking forward to seeing it green up again this year. I spent next to no time in the yard last season pulling weeds which is a huge bonus considering the previous year (when we did not use any service) I was out there nearly every other day. Customer service has far exceeded my expectations. Greg has taken the time to answer questions via phone and email. Shout out to him for sure and Camara and Andrew who have been out to our home this season thus far.. also all the various people who have done work on our property in the past. I know very little about lawn care, but they have taken the time to educate me. Thanks everyone! Past (2020): So far so good. Just started using ILC s services. The sales rep did a great job explaining everything we could expect. Prices are fair. We have had aeration and off lawn weed treatments done so far. Too soon to tell how it will all work, but we are pleased by the professionalism thus far. Today Camara did our weed treatment and I happened to be outside. He took the time to explain a few details about the treatment. I appreciated that. We hope to see our lawn transform this season!

This company is by far the best for lawncare anywhere in the colorado springs area! The people are kind, informative and experts in what they do.

After overcoming some miscommunication they went above and beyond reaching out and taking care of my lawn needs. I was extremely surprised they called me after a poor review and were at my house within a few hours taking care of me. I believe I fell through the cracks which can happen with businesses and they did more than earn repeat business from me.

Got them to do the liquid aeration for my lawn... they showed up when they said they would and did the job. Lawn looks green and great! Probably gonna get it done in the fall as well.

I ve been reading through their website and you re supposed to get a report of what they think of your lawn after each visit. I haven t ever gotten one. I ve even tried calling to get a list of the services they have and will perform on my yard and have been unsuccessful. As far as I know they have done aeration and fertilizer. I definitely think it was a waste of my money. When they aerated they called to ask I wanted to pay an additional $330. A bag of seed cost about $20. I did it myself for the price of $40. I will honestly never be using this service again. I have also heard they will not cancel your subscription and that many people after cancelling have still be charged.

This company is the greatest! When I bought my house, the previous owners and a couple neighbors said the sun was to blame for the bad condition of the yard. We have used integrated lawn care for both lawn and weed control for almost 2 years. They are reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer any questions we have. The weed control in our rocks has been an especially great service as they return to respray whenever new weeds pop up. We had a lawn treatment as recently as today and Dustin was prompt, professional, and worked quickly to provide our service. Our yard looks leaps and bounds better than it did before we started using them.

Initially called looking for a simple aeration of my yard. After talking with a man on the phone for a bit he hooked me up with a couple appointments of fertilization and liquid aeration before winter hits. Gil came out for my appointment and I had multiple questions about my yard and how to keep it pristine. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Herman provided fall lawn treatment today and was friendly and professional and made sure the dog toys were safely on the concrete patio (sorry! ) before applying the treatment. My front yard is completely rock, and the weeds were killing me. I would have to have someone out basically every week to pull them, and that gets expensive. I found these guys, though, and after they treated the yard, I haven t had a weed in sight, and it has been months. Camara was so helpful. I didn t know what to expect, or what to do, and he was thorough and clear and I walked away from our interaction feeling like I knew what to do next. 10/10 would recommend!

Great job by Devin. Have used them for one year and scheduled for another year. The best thing about them is that they are local and when I call them, someone quickly answers the phone and they are in Colorado Springs, not some other state. They are familiar with my lawn and what it needs and my lawn is one of the better looking ones in the neighborhood. I wish they had stronger weed control though as I have weeds in my rock/mulch beds and driveway that keep coming back. No weeds on lawn so far.

Update: another great service provided by Sean, this time. He was professional and provided text messages for arrival and work completion and that is appreciated. Thats for the great service, Sean! This will be my second year with IL&TC. But I almost didnt renew. I received an email stating I could save 5% by paying for the full years service early (by the end of Feb, I think). I was happy to do that, thinking I would save 5% based on my cost from last year. When I emailed them about the cost, I was told that last years price was already 5% off and I could pay that same amount. I felt that was a bit shady and I had decided to not renew. A couple of months pass and I get an email stating they are coming out for the first treatment of the year so I called to explain that I didnt want to sign up again and explained why. Ryan listened to me and understood my issue and made things better, offering the price I expected to get. Glad I stuck with them! Luis has been great at servicing my lawn. Hes been nothing but excellent and I appreciate his thoroughness.
