Company did a lawn service for a relatives lawn without prior approval and then billed for said service.
A small family owned and operated company. They do great work. Have been around for 26 years. Top of my list.
They came to my neighbors house and mowed weeds and dirt. They don't want their grass. Then they used a blower and blew the weed clippings in my yard. I spend hundreds of dollars to Have my lawn fertilize four times a year and have it air rated once a year. So my grass is magnificent. I was able to stop the person who was doing it and said please do not blow those weedclippings into my yard ever again
I think it's incredibly rude and unprofessional that every week Grassmasters comes to mow my neighbor's yard and every week they blow grass, weeds, and trash from my neighbor's yard into ours. They never bother to try to clean it up after they blow it into our yard. They stand in our yard, smashing our plants and flowers, to service the yard next door. Not only are they inconsiderate regarding our yard, but the service they provide to my neighbors looks awful. They are in such a rush you can hardly tell anything has been done. I would never recommend them!
Grassmasters has been mowing our yard and performing misc landscaping services for us for over 5 years. They have ALWAYS done an excellent job. We have recommended Grassmasters to several friends and they have also been pleased with the services provided.
