My wife was upset to come home and see that someone from Bear Claw did some trimming and destroyed her flowers she has been growing. This has happened before and could have been avoided. It isn't something you expect from a professional company.
Our landscaping is 20 years old and was in desperate need of a makeover. Sod damage from recent drought conditions and kill off caused by tree roots was the driving force to install a xeriscape design. Bear Claw was comparable to other quotes but their portfolio of completed projects is what sold us. Terry came up with a design that wow’d us. Adam and his crew were well prepared. They had a plan, the equipment and the materials needed. There was no standing around. Adam even offered some slight modifications to the plan that made project so much better. It has been less than a week since they completed and we have had many neighbors and strangers comment on how beautiful the yard looks! We couldn’t be happier with the service provided and absolutely recommend getting a quote from Bear Claw for your landscaping project.
From the start, this company was excellent to work with. The initial consultation with Terry, designing a landscaping project that both met our desires and budget. The crew to do the work was very professional. Adam and his staff did a tremendous job installing the shrubs, rocks, sod as well as reworking our sprinkler system for the new yard. They cleaned up everything including our driveway so you never knew they were there (except for the beautiful new landscaping) It looks incredible. We are very pleased to have chosen Bear Claw to do the work.
Terry and Adam are top notch landscapers. They do things right- not cutting corners! They are reliable and honest! We have had them do several jobs for us and each time they have delivered.

Terrible. Needs to learn how to sharpen mower blades and slow down when mowing. Caught them blowing piles of leaves down the storm drain and was told I would have my head kicked off if I didnt leave, mind you I live here and its illegal to blow leaves down the storm drain. I guess they think its professional to trim bushes with a weedeater. In the winter instead of using a salt spreder the leave (literally) piles of salt thrown down by their hands and dont spread it. Instead of using shovels to shovel snow they use a snow plow thats wider than the sidewalk so it takes chunks of grass and sprinkler heads with the snow.
Estimate appointment for landscaping was scheduled for 0800. He rang our doorbell at 0755, put on his shorts (which took maybe five minutes) and the representative had already left. Called the company at 0800 and the receptionist said that he had already left our house but that she would see if she could call him to come back and give us the estimate. He showed up ten minutes later, no note book to write anything down and kept interrupting me. He said that he would email the estimate but we never received it.
I have been familiar and witness to what Bearclaw landscaping can and does do in transforming a blah/blah/blah yard into a thing of beauty. Not only does their work make the individual yard look GREAT.....it adds value to the entire street. I know of folks who werent planning to do any landscaping, however; after seeing what Bearclaw did for the neighbor that changed. I understand this company has won several awards at home shows, have been in business well over 25 years and are highly respected by others in the industry. Id recommend Bearclaw Landscaping for any of your landscaping needs.

Adam and crew were awesome! I described the problems and my hopes, and they figured out how to make it happen perfectly to my satisfaction. I now smile as I walk around the yard, and have already received many compliments on their work. Ill certainly call them again in the future for other areas.
