Never came back with a quote. Likely because my job was too small and they dont pull weeds.

Affordable Services removed the old dirt from our backyard, replaced it with comp. B, installed a rock border, a putting green, a pergola, and removed old fencing and moved it to front yard. Scott the estimator followed my scaled drawings and built a plan. Scott made the plan as affordable as possible. The work crew led by Ryan came and reviewed the plan and made adjustments, cost and plan wise. Scott, Josh, Ryan and ownership worked with me and the dead backyard is now mulched , seeded with Buffalo grass, and is a well organized water efficient place to relax . Also, Dennis the master carpenter setup up the Cedar lumber for the pergola. Ryan , Bella , Tim, Josh and others landscaped the yard and installed the putting green. They were all professional and if you have a good plan the crew will make it work for you. Recommended!

Hi everybody, I am one of the owners of this page and unfortunately, we discovered today that it has been hacked. So, for now, please take any new reviews (as of 08/25/2022) with a grain of salt. I cant imagine why anyone would want to hack my Google page, but I am sure it is for ill intent. We are working on a solution but will probably need to change our email address and open a new page. Joseph and Mike Scott crushed the job in our back yard! They are the reason we are going to recommend Affordable Services to anyone who needs just about anything done at their home. Great guys, extremely personable and worked to the standard and not for time. 10/10 would request them again.

Rendell and his entire team removed a large number of bushes and got the areas cleaned up and rocked in for us. I ve used Affordable Services a number of times and have never had an issue with any part of the process. They do good work, are timely, and professional from Michelle, Josh, Megan and all of the work crews who ve done work for us since 2002.

Rendell was the crew leader and all the workers were professional with great work ethic. I would definitely use this company again for debris removal.

Paul and his team replaced our old broken down fence. He and his team were friendly and very accommodating. They did all the work within a reasonable time frame. He made sure all the wood was measured and cut right and that everything lined up perfectly. They cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy before he left. I asked Affordable to remove poor growing areas of grass along the driveway and sidewalk in front yard. Paul and Tony arrived on time and worked steadily until the job was concluded. The results look great ! I have scheduled additional work by Affordable and my next door neighbor has scheduled fence and landscape work, as well. The company is dependable, has friendly, hard working employees and reasonable rates. Great experience !

We had affordable Services Inc come out and build a retaining wall in our backyard. This was a complicated build. We had pipes that could not be disturbed going through the wall. Josh and Paul and Tony were very accommodating and addressed all of our concerns. We have a lot of confidence in their abilities. We had to change orders which were approved ahead of time and we knew exactly what the bill was going to be. Im very pleased with the overall project and outcome. We will use them again.

Dennis and his crew were prompt, professional, and courteous the entire time we worked with them. They worked with us on a variety of plans and options to get us exactly the project we wanted, and our new fence and gate look amazing. im in 100% for reccomending this company. I called after a word of mouth comment on FB. We had tons of stuff on the side of the house. While I was still on the phone with Scott, he had dispatched a crew to come give us a free estimate! With in the hour the crew was there and... The side of my house looks better than the day we bought it. Efficient, professional, cost conscious business. Will use again, im sure.

This is an honest, wonderful, concerned for the customer company...hard to come by these days. Larry is very responsible and ethical. He even took the time to let me know that they were going to lunch and would return promptly. He has great communication and is very good with what he does. Its just nice to find a good, down to earth, old fashioned company that is out for the better interests of its customers rather than to earn a fast buck. These people are very good and they did a fantastic job for us at a reasonable cost. We had several estimates, and they were the best and most reasonable. Thank you for being honest and doing a terrific job for us ! Five stars well earned and a thumbs up !

Very disappointed. When I met with them and got a free estimate, I thought it was a little high but not excessive and had so much work to do, I booked the job. They came out and missed quite a bit of the junk in the yard to be collected. So, I called them back and said they had missed some items (that were too large for me to trash myself or I would of ). They said to come out and collect what they had missed they needed another $90 or so dollars (I dont remember the exact amount, could of been a little more). I paid it because I was very overwhelmed with the state of my home and had 6-12months of work ahead of me. I feel as if they knew this and completely took advantage of me. Not reliable, not professional and definitely NOT Affordable.

Terrific work, great customer service - I highly recommend Affordable Services. We had a delay due to materials being available, but they kept in me informed continually. Then when it came time to do the work they all put in long hours, worked hard to get in done in ugly weather and were just great to have working around our house. The outcome of our deck and pergola was absolutely outstanding and the price was really fair - far less than I had expected. They are great!

EXCELLENT EVERYTHING! I received several quotes for the same fence job and Affordable Services was a fraction of the other quotes. The owner bid the job himself and not only gave the best price, but the best overall solution. Some of the other quotes were overboard as far as what was actually needed for the job, but Affordable Services was spot on. The day of the job they arrived on time, finished on time, and the quote didnt change at all. The installation crew was courteous, professional and just super nice. I cant say enough about this company - true professionals, truly affordable. Will use again whenever needed. Thank you!

I had them remove a huge Ponderosa pine tree stump (maybe 200 pounds) and a driveway packed full of tree limbs, a fridge, some cardboard, and some broken lawn chairs. They did a great job and my property is now clean. Excellent service. Will definitely call for services again!

I have never seen a more blatantly disrespectul landscaping company in my life. They recently did a job in my neighborhood. For 3 days they left a mess on the street and parked there vehicles in way that blocked a very important thoroughfare for people trying to navigate in and out of the neighborhood. When I got fed up with their tractor blocking traffic, I asked if it was broken, they said no, so I asked them to move it because it was blocking traffic, a man responded rudely saying that it was not blocking traffic. If you want to piss the people off in your neighborhood, than hire this company!

I need to find a new contractor. I tried using these guys for awhile and thought everything was going great....It wasnt. They screwed up a job on my gutter system and now I have a wet basement. Called them and no one even called me back to find out the problem. I wanted French drains on my other side, but they talked me out of it and now I have basement issues on this side. They sloped the bottom towards my house instead of away. They really seem concerned about their customers...they dont. Maybe I didnt tip enough.

One word - AWESOME!!! My landscaping job has been tedious at best. However, the staff is ALWAYS pleasant and very respectful. The work has been top notch and everything looks amazing! I will definitely use them again and again for any of my household repairs and/or renovations. Thank you everyone!

Weve used Affordable for several services: tree branch cut and removal, junk removal, building a partial fence in our back yard. Every interaction with their staff and crew is courteous and professional. Theyve always been affordable and competitive with their prices. Theyre timely and communicative in cases when something unexpected has arisen and changes or accommodations need to be made. Definitely our go to company for handyman services!
