Timberline Tree & Lawn Inc in Collierville

About a year ago I struggled to get Timberline to come out and assess a diseased oak on my property (it took weeks to get them to answer emails, contact widget submissions and phone calls). They finally came out, said it would need DRF, disease treatment, and trimming. Agreed as I really wanted to keep the tree was told this company does a great job. Was told it would be a 1 and done thing. No subsequent treatments necessary. So I agreed and they came out and did the service. Well come next year, tree is still diseased. I tried contacting Timberline for over a month now, Website widgets and emails are completely useless. The gmail they put on their website appears to go to the owner, but to this day my emails remain unanswered. Pretty disappointed in the whole thing. Shame too, they were recommended so highly.

Excellent service...They have a great lawn crew...and a great tree crew....

Knowledgeable does not reccomend unneeded services

They got me a quote fairly quickly and the price seemed fair. But after that it was impossible to schedule service. I called and told them I'd like to schedule a service they said they'd get back to me. No word, so I call 3 days later and was told they were busy purchasing a new truck over the last few days but that they were back in the office and working through backup, and that I should hear back by end of day or the next. Understandable I had no issue. 4 more days go by no word so I call, I get their voicemail so leave a message stating I was working on somewhat of a tight schedule (one more week from the time of my call) so please give me a call back to see if we can schedule something. 3 more days go by no calls. At this point I called and cancelled my request for service which they kindly did. 2 stars because the price seemed good and Carol was nice on the phone, but only 2 since they never returned my calls and I struggled for a week and a half tring to set up service or get a call back before haveing to give up and cancel my request.

These guys are professional arborists. Use them if you don't have a reliable tree and lawn guy.
