I have been a Greenkeeper customer at the Collierville branch for many years. I have the best-looking lawn in my immediate area. It is by far the greenest lawn, and it is weed free. The service is exceptional, and I have had not one complaint in all these years.

This man Bobby Hudson is pretty rude and impatient.. I just cannot believe his poor and rude communication skills I reached out to establish new client services for my lawn and spoke with Monica initially. I got told by her that she ll reach out to me the following week to make an estimate which I agreed. The next week while at work she called me randomly and said Mr Bobby wants to come to my property in the next 10mins and that was all the heads up I received. I requested if we could reschedule this some other day when I m home as I wanted to personally meet and also explain my upcoming landscaping project which was about to happen in the next few days which would get rid of major portion of my backyard as I was going to get quite a bit of concrete work up done Monica made it sound like these Green Keeper guys are extremely busy so I agreed to the short notice appointment and specifically told to call me when Mr Bobby gets to my property. I called Bobby in THREE MINUTES of him coming to my house and to my surprise he claimed he already left. I live in a gated community which needs a code to enter and somehow he apparently still came and left before the appointment time. When I called him within 3 mins, he claimed he left and is too busy to come back and he was pretty rude on the phone. Needless to say he didn t get my business and in fact I now I have an amazing and very attentive lawn maintenance company I was able to hire. In fact both my sprinklers guy and my new lawn maintenance guy showed me how petty Green keeper guys are who literally leave a 4 inch land boundary strip with weeds when treating my neighbor s lawn.. I ve now recommended my new lawn maintenance company to my other neighbors as well who give both personal and professional attention to customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND these guys..

Service used to be great... Was a customer for 6+ years across 2 homes. Im a customer that prefers to get individual treatments done a few times a year rather than the year-round program. I keep my grass well manicured and weed free just fine, so I feel I dont need the excess treatments. Recently I called to order service as usual, and a few days later I get the text that says Im getting lawn service tomorrow. The next day, No show, no call. Now today (2 weeks later) I get a call to ask if I can prepay for services. Clearly as a customer of 6+ years, I think the actual lawn treatments were decent, but the way my recent situation was handled makes me not want to keep doing business with his company. Either my home is too far out of the way for individual treatments to be profitable for them, or they are just really out of touch with their customer. Either way, you can do better.

Greenkeeper has been treating our lawn over 30 years across 2 different houses. They keep our lawn looking great and their technicians are very professional.
