Rich-Way Landscape Inc in Collierville

We recently hired Rich-Way Landscaping to resolve a drainage problem due to run-off of rainfall. After installation the core problem not completely resolved due to an insufficient number of cap-drains (basins), about a 15' stretch between with no drains. After stating that the layout is not what he assigned the installation crew, he seemed to want minimize the significance of it. He had the guys come back out to add two more drains at no charge, I requested 4 due to the length that needed coverage. Bad experience, bad assessment, tone-deaf, no quality-control. Even after showing video of the rainfall after installation, copious amount of water flowing through drain and standing water still. No offer of the installation of a larger diameter pipe. I'm not a drainage specialist you are, seems our trust was misplaced. Next phase of drainage solutions we will shop somewhere else.

Rich-way Landscape does a great job providing maintenance care for my lawn. I recently worked with Brittany Rodger to help with landscape design. I was interested in adding new plants and enhancing my home curb appeal. Brittany did an outstanding job listening and providing a design based on my needs. She was professional, attentive, answered all of my questions, and met all of my design requests. She was a great partner on this project.

This is an extremely small company that are not responsive to customer needs. They did not demonstrate professionalism in my interaction with them. They really don't care about customers. I had to call them several times and still didn’t get a proper answer. I would verify thoroughly with others before hiring them.
