They effectively communicate when they will be at our home to do the work, what needs to be done regarding our pets, and when or if the treatment needs watering. Fireants? Can t recommend their treatment plan enough, we get it every year. Cost a bit more, but no fireants key as we have small dogs. We ve recommended them to both other residents as well as businesses.

We started receiving treatment on our lawn that was infested with ants and weeds. The majority of our lawn was brown. Once we started with treatments from The Fertilizer Guy, our lawn has done a full 180 degrees. It is very green, healthy and we have not seen anymore ant hills.

Randy came out, diagnosed my issue, Chinch Bugs, he literally dug some out of the soil and showed me, he treated my yard and my issue was solved. This is my second year using The Fertilizer Guy for my homes lawn. I cannot believe the difference in my grass. One whole side that used to be half miscellaneous weeds is as thick and healthy as the rest of the yard. I am a big fan of Neil Sperry and all of his knowledge about Texas plants and gardening. Randy uses Sperrys recommendations for our area and they are spot on. If I could even think of one possibly negative thing to write, it would be I really should be mowing more often.

We are very pleased with the services of The Fertilizer Guy. We put in a pool a couple of years ago and our yard was in really bad shape. He brought it back to life and now we have beautiful, plush, green grass. We even got yard of the quarter in our neighborhood.

Ive had this service for 3 years now, and my grass was the best looking (by far!) yard on my block of residential homes. Well, that is, until my next door neighbor got the service this year. Now there are 2 yards that are the prettiest on my block! Great service all the way around! I highly recommend him!! You and your yard wont be disappointed.

This is the first year weve used the Fertilizer Guy for our lawn. Our lawn had really started looking bad i.e. thinning, bare spots, and disease. We have a beautiful lawn now. What I love about his business also is the fact that he emails in advance as to when he is coming, always on time, and informs us by email what specific application he just made and instructions on watering etc. We LOVE The Fertilizer Guy!! His pricing is reasonable too. You wont be sorry if you hire him.

Weve been working with Randy for years, even before he became The Fertilizer Guy. He is polite, professional, timely, and so helpful. We have had issues come up with our lawn (our fault; poor grading and overwatering) and he has always had a solution that solved our problem. We are new to Texas and had no clue where to start to start with St. Augustine. Randy has serviced our lawn following the Neil Sperry model with beautiful results. He provided a service schedule for the year showing multiple visits along with monthly watering recommendations, and details of applied products explaining what they are and why there used. We get email reminders prior to and the day of service, with a follow up email to let us know his service is complete. This month weve had several neighbors ask what were using on our St. Augustine, and we advise were using The Fertilizer Guy, and they asked for his information, and we were happy to refer him. The annual cost is much less then buying the product (we know nothing about) and working in the summer heat, and possibly dealing damaged grass from trial and error. Best part is this week I noticed some Nutsedge in my flower beds and a bit in my lawn, contacted him, and he will come spray to help tamp it down in the grass while I work in my flower beds to control it. I hope you can give him a try, and best of all hes local in BCS area so we are supporting small business.

Randy is awesome. My yard has never looked better since he has started applying the correct fertilizer. Randy is meticulous and takes care of your property and follows up with any concerns you may have. You won t find a better person to work with.

I have always enjoyed working in my yard and thought that I could handle most of my lawn needs without a service. But that was before we moved to a hillside acre lot in south College Station. I had no answer when my lawn stared looking stressed with weeds and brown dying grass. Now, it is on its way to becoming healthy again thanks to Randy. Highly recommend this company. Randy is very knowledgeable about different types of grass and has taken the time to educate us on our lawn. Our yard went from ridden with weeds to a neighbor envy yard after following his recommendations and fertilization program. He schedules service ahead of time with detailed information on each treatment along with watering instructions. He is very conscientious with pets making sure to notify you if they need to stay off the lawn for a period of time. Also a pro with army worms! He treated our half eaten lawn and within a week our lawn was back to normal. Definitely a keeper! Awesome work ethic!

Randy Clark - The Fertilizer Guy, has been taking care of my yard since 2017. He has done an amazing job for me and I cannot imagine using anyone else. His attention to detail is impeccable and he can tell me if I need to water more or less or even reset the mower height. As a result of his lawn treatments, my yard was awarded with yard of the month last year. I can depend on him to answer any questions or concerns about my lawn and he is one of the most polite young man I have ever met. He exceeds my expectations and goes above and beyond to take take of my lawn. An example of this occurred after a lawn treatment and I had asked my daughter to turn on the sprinklers. Unfortunately, I was working out of state when I received a panicked call from my daughter because the sprinklers continued to run at the same station. I called Randy, did I mention it was at night, maybe 9 or 10 pm, and without hesitation he was at my home disarming the faulty valve that was stuck. If youre looking for someone to improve the appearance and health of your yard, Randy - The Fertilizer Guy is the man for the job.

They have always gone above and beyond to not only take care of my lawn but also recommend what I should be doing as far as watering and mowing. You can really tell that they are passionate about getting your lawn looking great. And I love that I can always talk directly to the owner if I have any questions, its customer service the way that its supposed to be.
