Hi! My name is Roy Shelton. I recently retired from law enforcement with 22 years of active duty. I enjoyed serving my community, which has led me to continue my service with providing quality lawn care. I've been providing lawn care services since I was a teenager. I didn't always get paid but I loved being outside and working in yards. I enjoy spending time outside making my yard (and others') look great. I have worked on all of my local family's residences and businesses. I have an amazing wife and 4 wonderful children. My family has been active members of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Bryan, Texas for 10+ years. I am very detail oriented. I work hard to provide the best quality service to my customers. I had used another yard maintenance service for more than 5 years. The owner cut my grass at first then hired employees. Then it went downhill. The guys showed no respect for my property (broke yard figurines) and there was no communication between me and the owner. Roy started cutting my grass in September and I couldn’t be happier! I live in Wellborn and I don’t expect a well-manicured yard; just a well-maintained one!
Roy and his team are very professional & reliable, do a wonderful job, and very reasonably priced in my opinion. So grateful to have them taking care of our lawn!
R&M Lawn and Maintenance, LLC, does a great job on a lawn, they show up when they say they will, they are careful of your property, and they let you know if they observe anything that the homeowner needs to address on his property. I also believe that the charge for services is very fair. Another item that impresses me about R&M is the equipment they travel with, the truck and trailer carry everything needed to accomplish the task, no going back to the shop or store for supplies and additional equipment.

Back deck was in need of a good clean and new coat of stain. Roy pressured washed in an afternoon and was back the next morning to apply the stain. Super happy with how it turned out.

R&M did some landscaping to solve a drainage issue in my yard. Roy did an outstanding job of putting out dirt, bull rock and sod in the yard to level it out. My yard looks good, and drains real well, Thanks R&M.

They did an amazing job on both our front and back yard...they were quite overgrown and needed some care. Roy was able to get us in a few days after we messaged them. He did a great job communicating! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Absolutely in love with the work from R&M Lawn and Maintenance. I had a number of large and small trees around my property that needed to be removed. Roy was great to work with! He was very responsive, started the project when he said he would, and he finished early. He also stayed in touch during the project to see if I had any questions or feedback. I didnt realize how big of a difference cleaning out the trees that needed to be removed and lifting those that we left would make. I love pulling into my driveway now. Thank you R&M!
