Grassmasters in College Station

Great service, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I would recommend anyone to Grassmasters if you're looking for that personalized service feel.

11am 10/31 Blew grass in my face on purpose after getting an attitude that he had to wait. This was directly in front of St. Joseph.

We wrote a review a couple of months ago, and since then Grassmasters has reached out to us to try and remedy the situation. Evidently there were extenuating circumstances involved that prevented them from getting back to me sooner. So I would like to say that all has turned out good in the end. I just wish that I had been clearer about my expectations, and made sure that they understood what I needed. I believe this is a good company, and they do good work, we just had a miscommunication.

We hired grassmasters after seeing the good reviews, and the fact that he had 20 years of experience! We had beds that needed to be re-done after the freeze, and they also were being taken over by weeds and vines. He told us he knew how to get the beds back in shape, and free of the vines and weeds, so the beds could be mulched again. However, from the start they did not show up when they said they would, more than once, which wasn't a huge problem, but no notification or communication. The bill was huge, but they were only here for about an hour and a half, and then after an additional spray treatment, the problem was still there-vines and weeds flourishing. After paying over 3/4 of the total bill, I could not get the owner to email me back or come back and finish the job as he said he could. So, I do not like to give a bad review-don't think I ever have before-but we are out a lot of money and our yard looks terrible. We have given him every chance to respond back to us! We have left messages on his phone and emailed multiple times, with no response. So I do not recomend this company. Anyone who takes your money but does not finish the job, or at least respond and/or give you advice if they are not able to figure it out, is not reputable. I hate this because he seemed to be nice, and to know what he was doing! Boy were we wrong. (these pictures are after clearing and treatment)

Colby and his team were so fast and efficient! They completely removed and replaced our front flower beds. Colby listened to all of my concerns and wants. He created a beautiful design and easily made changes when requested. It has already been a few months, and everything is still looking perfect! Love it!

Grassmasters cleaned up our front garden bed and did a beautiful job. We have lived here for six years and never had anything done to it so you can imagine how overgrown it was. Colby was knowledgeable, listened to what I was wanting and gave fantastic suggestions. There were other plants growing in there and I didn’t even notice that! The team worked quickly and transformed it into something better than I could have imagined. Our crepe myrtle was trimmed beautifully and each plant and hedge in the garden bed really shine now. Highly recommend!

My water bill was $125 in the summer and I though it was just super hot. But after 3 months I called Grassmasters to ask about it. They said I could book online a time for them to come out and take a look as likely the high water bill was from broken sprinker head, they were right!
