Jonathan Austin is the Peyton Manning or Patrick Mahommes or Tom Brady of the world of irrigation installation, upkeep, monitoring, and updates. He installed a new irrigation controller for me. He is familiar with state-of-the-art equipment which he installed in a jiffy. Jonathan clearly explained everything we would want to know. And he is knowledgeable about what he is installing and about what he is doing. In addition, he is fun to work with and a heckuva nice guy. He explained things in ways that allowed me to visualize how this new controller works with the irrigation system. He answered all of my questions. I recommend without hesitation Jonathan and Texas Landscape Creations for irrigation installation, upkeep, monitoring and updates.

Jonathan Austin installed a new irrigation controller for a friend of mine. I had the good fortune to be allowed to observe this because I am about to get one. Jonathan clearly explained everything we would want to know. He really knows his stuff! He arrived on time. He explained things in ways that allowed us to visualize how this new controller works with the irrigation system. He easily answered our questions. I strongly recommend Jonathan and Texas Landscape Creations for irrigation installation, upkeep, monitoring and updates.

Mike and his crew moved our trees and told us what to do to help them live. They did an AMAZING job. I wish I could post a picture at how beautifully they are blooming. I would recommend them to anyone! Also, I can’t wait for my new sprinkle system and grass for our yard!! I know this crew will do another great job!! 🤗

Texas Landscape Creations did a great job on a paver patio extension/grilling area for us. Very professional workers and the quality of the work was top notch. I would recommend TLC and would certainly use them again.

Mark and Vickie of Texas Landscape Creations designed and their employees installed the irrigation system and landscape at our new home in Bryan in 2012. Since the initial installation we have added additional trees and shrubs, landscape lighting, an outdoor grill area with a pergola, and a water feature with a recirculating pump. Mark also designed and installed additional drainage features to assure our yard drains properly. His company maintains our property. I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Vickie. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and always return my calls promptly. We have two homes and are so pleased with the prices and the services offered by TLC.

We had wonderful service. TLC came out within 3 days of our first contact. We needed a quick job and our quote and installation were done within a week. Looks great, too!

I have been working with Texas Landscape over 8 years on various irrigation and landscape projects and would not use anyone else...they put the original system in my home and I have had very few problems...when I do need repairs or scheduled maintenance the technicians are on time and very courteous explaining the work well. Landscaping can be confusing as there are so many options but they were able to capture what I was looking for easily and tailor it to the depth and price range I needed. The office staff is a joy and keeps me well informed on the status of my project...I am also treated like I was the only person that called that day. I feel like TLC is very reasonable and easy to work with. Two thumbs up!!

I worked with Texas Landscape Creations to redo my yard, and after 6 months have only the great things to say about them. They are a large enough company to have the manpower to get stuff done, but still small enough that every customer matters. I got 3 different plans from 3 companies. Each of the plans was approximately the same cost, but TLC’s plan was much more detailed, and the quality of the proposal was much better, and their plant selections were better. I mentioned that I wanted to put a large Dinosaur skull in my yard. When I first mentioned it, I was not sure how to make it work, but when I got the plan back from Vickie, it had a mockup of my large dino head, hidden behind plantings in a semi-private area of my front yard. It looks great, and I’ve gotten several people stop by with kids because they want to look at the dino head. The most expensive projects are the ones that drag out… it costs the same whether a person is working all day, or just dallying, so you would obviously want a company that is organized, pays attention to details, and gets stuff done without delay. On the start day they showed up with a small army of people and a front end loader. Over the next 3 days they cleared by hand all of the dead trees and jungle area, and prepared beds and planted about 50 trees (including several 200 gallon oak trees). While redoing my sprinkler system the discovered some of the heads were not working, one of the wires had been cut, and several other problems. They fixed these items without any question, and at no charge. If a company finds something which is not working, I expect them to fix it, but when they additionally do it at no charge that’s exceptional. The entire project took about 3 weeks. Vickie (the landscape designer I used through TLC came onsite multiple times to advise on the placement of trees, the path, she would recommend trimming branches to make sure the yard was true to the plan. I really appreciated all of the effort she put into looking out for my interests… even if it might be a little more work (and there was never any extra charge for this). The day before we did the final inspection we had gotten about 4” of rain… and needless to say there was standing water in 2 areas of the yard. The new beds had changed some of the drainage characteristics of the yard. They mentioned that this was not good, and said they would fix it. The next week I woke up and there were two people in my yard planning a way to improve the drainage. Its nice when you can count on someone else to take care of things. Of course everyone needs to be able to make money, and when you are on time, plan ahead, and do good work it is a lot easier to get it done. This is how I would describe my experience with Texas Landscape Creations. If you’re really cheap you might consider doing the project yourself or hiring a college student. But if you’re looking for a company that does good work, and stands behind it, I highly recommend TLC.
