My lawn was laid in 2022 during the hot summer but by caring for it and having LawnCare treat it I have a wonderfully healthy and green lawn. It always gets compliments for lack of weeds and how green it looks. Really pleased with the services of LawnCare and id highly recommend them.

Lawncare have looked after my lawn for several years now. They always turn up when they say they will, or notify me of any changes. The workman is always polite and willing to answer my questions each time. The lawn has improved over the past few years.

Been with these for 3 1/2 years and apart from there being less weeds in my front and rear gardens the lawns are in a worse state than when they first started. Big mud patches and an unsightly moss problem which has never been addressed. The money you pay them each month doesn t cover the cost of your treatments even though they don t tell you that when you sign up, and when you come to cancel your policy you will owe them a load of money for the cost of those treatments. Keep well clear.

I am very pleased with Green Man! They always tell me exactly what they are going to do and when! I pay by DD my grass is looking much better! And trust they will keep it that way!

Disgusted with this lack of customer care!! A customer for over 3 1/2 years Every year when time to scarify and hollow time I walk with their guy explaining where a buried wire , that controls our automatic mower is laid. Their T&C s ask for buried wires to be marked. After the walk round the technician was happy to proceed without as he had done this lawn before. At the last visit they totally disregarded this and hollow tined right up to the paths and flower beds. Haven t denied they re responsible but will not recompense some £440!! They even cancelled my account!!this week!! Having seen their negative responses to other unhappy customers i can understand the sort of man we re dealing with. Good riddance ..

First time visit. Chap seemed knowledgeable and provided us with the winter treatment.

Green Man are very reliable and come every 3 months to do weed control. They always advise me what is needed to improve the lawn or what treatments they advise. Their staff a friendly and helpful and knowledgable.

I signed up for a 12 month lawn care service to see if it would make any difference to my lawn - it did in a big way - I shall continue with the service.

I couldnt be more impressed with Green Man Lawn Care. They turn up bang on time every appointment with a friendly hello and always make a point of explaining what theyll be doing. Even more impressive is their system, that sends me an SMS upon completion and an email detailing exactly what s been completed, what I should/shouldnt do next, when my next treatment will be and good, easy-to-follow advice for keeping the lawn in top condition thats contextual to the treatments completed and the time of year. Our lawn survived winter really well, and after its first cut a week ago it looked incredible. Really looking forward now to the warmer months when the fertiliser will start being applied. It really is an impressive setup, and our lawns look incredible - like the ones you always see in magazines but dont think actually exist in real life :) I really couldnt recommend Green Man Lawn Care enough!

No warning about when they re going to attend, lack of communication and respect for property. Just google their advice on their website as that s all you ll get.

Appalling service and cowboys to be frank, garden has become worse since these experts came to look after our lawn. Back office staff rude and threating when you cancel the service. I would recommend moles to look after my lawn that this cowboy outfit. My advice is to go elsewhere. Response to your response. - How did you know if and when i cut my lawns unless you have spied on us? Creepy Lawn care weve followed your guidance unfortunately you have no clue who to interact with clients.

We moved into a property and our front lawn was so overrun with weeds it no longer grew or needed mowing. We booked Green Man Lawn Care and their Seasonal Treatment Plan and the transformation after just a few weeks of the first treatment was amazing. Our lawn turned deep green and was growing in no time. We also had concerns about our back garden which is slightly sloped and boggy. Green Man Lawn Care provided advice for maintaining the health of our lawn. Their approach is professional and personalised, catering to the specific needs of our lawns. I cant recommend Green Man Lawn Care highly enough.

After 2 years of treatment the lawn doesnt look any different than what it did when they started, the moss is getting worse and I cant believe that it only takes 3 minutes to spray the lawn and that includes getting in and out of the gate.

Disappointed. Would not recommend. Sad to say that despite 1 year of treatment there was no significant improvement to my lawn. Still plenty of moss and bare areas in lawn despite treatment with top package. Did not clear / clean up mud on drive and walk way well after treatments. Poor communication.

No hidden extras. True to their word Green Man Lawn Care transformed my weed infested lawn in to a green weed free lawn. I am extremely pleased with the work, the outcome and value for money, I will be continuing treatments for some time to come.

Simply fantastic company. Had them for three years and always been pleased but last winter we had leather jackets and I just didnt see how we could get the lawn back in anywhere a decent enough state to use for this spring and summer. Amazing work by our lovely lawn man and here Iam stting on my decking looking at our lush grass. Always on time always helpful and all for less than the price of a bottle of wine a month. DO NOT USE ....Agreed to first treatment, paid cash. Did not agree to any further treatment. Got txt two months later to say someone will be carrying out second treatment next day. Tried to text back to say I didnt want any further treatment but txt didnt allow replies. Tried to call number on website... did not connect. All evidenced on my phone log. The following day someone lent over and undid my bolt on back door and let themselves in! (CVTV evidence) Arrived home to find invoice posted through door. Called number on invoice, which was different to website, rude and aggressive receptionist who told me I needed to give 4 days notice to cancel. I explained I didnt commission the job in the first place and tried to make contact but none of the numbers worked. Was told in no uncertain terms to pay or it would be taken further. Have emailed several times but getting nowhere. Apparently because they sent me a welcome pack with a date for further treatment, they viewed this as my agreement. However, I didnt see email which was in junk or I would have replied and said no to further treatment. I asked company to stop requesting money for services I did not request but keep receiving harassing emails and texts. Had to report to police who are taking the trespass and harassment very seriously. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unlike the previous reviewers I WONT pay them to go away.

Cowboys. Cancelled service. Still sent worker who said that it happens all the time. He left. Got invoice. Now chasing invoice for work not carried out.

As yet I have not had to ask them to mow the lawn but with advancing years it is a comfort to know that this service is available. They also give me tips on how to manage lawn between visits. After months of treatments the lawn looked worse than ever. Very unprofessional manager, refused to send someone out to have a look , instead just wanted more money. Was told i had various pets and that was the issue ( i dont have various pets there was 1 dog that came to visit once a week ) . Was told i dont cut the grass enough ( how do they know how often i cut the grass ) Just didnt deal with my complaint in the way i expected. Do not treat customers fairly.
