They dont ever answer the phone. Message does not say business name. They say to text but they dont answer the texts. No callback from voicemail. They do other people in my neighborhood. I cant imagine why they have great reviews. Im sure theyre fine if youre a customer already, but as a business, extremely unprofessional.

Capital Region Lawn Care helped our family out during a difficult time. My brother in-law lived in Cohoes & passed away this past July. I called Capital Region Lawn Care looking for someone to mow by brother in-laws lawn until the property could be sold. Jeremy & his son said that they would fit us into their schedule. My wife & I live outside of the Capital Region & Jeremy made it very easy to do business with him. He kept me informed as to how things were going plus he advised of other services that they offered with no hard sell pressure. We re in the process of selling our home but had already moved before selling. It had been over a month since the last mowing so to say it was overgrown is an understatement. Closing was soon so I was pretty anxious about an unwieldy outdoor appearance. I called them and got a response the same day, and the following morning they had completed the job. Process was seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend.

I saw their ad on Facebook for gutter cleaning. I contacted them and they replied to me within an hour or sooner. He told me he would keep an eye on the leaves on the trees, and when they had mostly fallen off the trees, he d contact me to schedule an appointment and he did!!! He was very professional and clear about the things I needed to do to get ready for him to come. (Which wasn t much at all .just to make sure my dog wasn t in the yard when he arrived). He texted me before he came and arrived in about 10 minutes after he texted. He cleaned the gutters and cleaned up all the debris from the gutters .there was no mess at all when he left. He took before and after photos of my gutters. And the results were amazing!! I m so glad I chose Capital Region Lawn Care! I very highly recommend their services!!
