Bickford Landscaping did a wonderful job redoing our front plant beds and creating two new beds for us. We had quite a bit of trouble finding a landscaper who truly did landscape design, would, show up, provide a detailed quote and communicate with us. Robert did all of this and more. We felt confident hiring his company feeling that the work would actually get done. His crew came on time, got the work done in the timeframe indicated even though they worked with very challenging soil (mostly clay and rock), made it look amazing and provided us with care instructions to help ensure the plants would thrive. Robert is an excellent communicator which is rare, from our experience, with others in his field. Although we thought the quote was a little pricey, we felt Bickford Landscaping was the right choice and well worth the cost. Thank you Robert, Al and the rest of the crew! The Days

Bickford Landscaping exceeded my expectations by far. They gave me the best experience I could have asked for. Robert was very easy to deal with and made my landscaping (front yard and back yard) look perfect. I could not be happier. I also want to give a shout out to Al (one of bickford employees) he is very dedicated and hard working. He will make sure the job is completed correctly the first time and take his time to make sure the job is PERFECT. All I can say is wow! They were great to deal with from start to finish. Very professional. Showed up on time and on the days we were promised. The foreman Robert kept us in the loop via email throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again in the spring as this was our first time. if they had any questions, they asked before doing the work which to us was very important. Rob and his crew are great. I was having a party at my new house and they got the trees and hedges trimmed and mowed my lawn. The landscaping of my house was exactly as I wanted it. They let you pay up front for the season and the website is a breeze to navigate. Just set up payment once and it’s all taken care of. The owner Rod meet me at my old house to give me some honest and professional feedback on what we should do to help the old landscaping , in order to sell it quicker. Their real bread and butter is designing and transforming new landscapes for your home , that will be my next project for Bickford Landscaping.

Small business that gives personal attention to every matter. The whole crew was extremely courteous and respectful not only to us but the neighbors as well, and of coarse very professional. To watch the interaction between the owner and the workers, you understand why they are so good. They work as a team not as individuals. They were hard working and paid attention to every detail even the minor ones. When the owner came to do the estimate he listened carefully to everything we said. He made suggestions but gave us the final decision. Finally a business who gives you what you want and not just what they are willing to do. They gave us everything that they promised without taking shortcuts (and this landscaping was no easy job). I will highly recommend them to all my friends. I couldn't be happier with the results. Their knowledge, experience and professionalism makes them the only landscapers I will deal with from now on.
